I had leaking chimney flashing during rain in June. I called Newcastle Roofing Professionals and they promptly did temporary repair as I had only a couple of days before I had to go overseas. They gave me a good price to get proper flashing installed so I went ahead with the work. The office staff were very accommodating with the date to do it and the installer arrived promptly on the day, did a wonderful job and cleanup was perfect. I even got a phone call the next day from them to make sure that I was satisfied with the work. Everyone from office and the installer were very polite, friendly and informative. I would not hesitate in recommending Newcastle Roofing Professionals to get any roofing work done.

Very disappointed with this business. Called over two weeks ago and was told someone would come out to my property to quote the roof. After not hearing back, I rang them and was told that my call wasn't even in the system for a quote. They then proceeded to tell me that it was unsafe for them to climb the roof of my home to quote me. How does this make sense when this business claims to specialise in roofing. Would not recommend as they are non responsive and not professional.

Lee was punctual courteous and wasted no time in finding the minor problem. Great relief to us as we are no longer capable physically of accessing our roof. Came to give me a quote. I wasn’t home my wife was. The person that came and spoke to my wife said.
He was pretty arrogant and said they couldn’t do it because ours was a 28° pitch and they will only do 25° pitch roofs because they’re have too much work on I wouldn’t recommend them. Supposed to be professional roofers.

We engaged Newcastle Roofing Professionals to do a check on the condition of our roof. We found them to be very professional in dealing with them. Their communication with us were very good from the time they started to do some repairs to the end when they did a beautiful job repainting the roof in a Basalt colour. We are more than happy with the work they undertook

Newcastle roofing professionals were easy to deal with throughout the job of getting our roof replaced. Despite covid and weather problems, there was good communication throughout and all concerns were followed up on after completion.

Highly recommended! Newcastle Roof Repairs we’re extremely friendly, helpful and professional! They replaced a cracked roofing tile at no charge. They were also exceptionally thorough inspecting the roof. Quotes to replace gutter hard were also expedient. Thanks so much for the wonderful service.

We had few things that occurred (as its our investment property) however it wasn't a drama for either Jay to reassure or Margo/Chris to come up with the goods and organise and fix ASAP.
All I can say they kept it professional they were true to their word and fixed everything as required.
If you want a good job with the right team call them there wouldn't be any other roofers this organised and professional. Truly a wonderful experience start to end

Customer service was all good until I signed the order request. At one point there were 7 missed appointments with no letting us know. Zero safety harnesses in use. Left cigarette butts on our property multiple times, even after being advised. Would often just turn up without letting us know, but also would let us know they were coming and then never turn up. When questioned, office staff blamed the tradespeople and the tradespeople blamed the office staff. There were some glimpses of professionalism, however these were few and far between. Thankfully though, the job was finally completed. If we need any additional roof work, we will definitely go elsewhere.

Unprofessional, unreliable, overpriced, very untidy and very very slow.
Save yourself all the hassles and go with somebody else.

The company were on time, efficient and left the site tidy & removed all building materials.
I was kept informed of the progress prior to commencement and all communication was friendly and helpful.
