Went in last Monday and purchased something, the guy serving didn't have much product knowledge, was told he would email me a invoice (as I like to keep records), even watch him write the correct email address down. Never received it, disappointing.

Great little shop for all your pool needs. Geoff is very helpful and professional and Darren is very friendly. The staff go out of their way to give you the best service and great value for money. Highly recommend.

I just want to say that I found the staff here particularly knowledgeable and the cleaner recommended to me is performing fantastic.

I had to replace some spa filters and tried to get them from Geoff who sold me the wrong ones & then went back to order the correct filter, tried on numerous occasions to ring him & left numerous messages when I finally found the shop open he said he didn't have my phone number, it took 2 weeks to get my filters, never again, no customer focus at all

Popped in today with my filthy pool cartridge and 5 mins later I was out the door with a new one - and they got rid of my old one for free.

We have been using Geoff for over ten years, the best service I have found. We have tried others but, none have shown the same professionalism and interest as Geoff and his team.

Fantastic Service from Poolside Newcastle, they were helpful with my issues and gave me plenty of advice.
It's great to see a shop that is more into customer service then just trying to sell products.

I have been coming here for years, the support and advice has been terrific and I have had a heap of trouble initially for the team to work through. My pool is so much easier to maintain now. Very happy, highly recommend.
