Used Newcastle Pest Exterminators a few weeks ago and was not disappointed. They came past at extremely short notice, in pretty poor weather and completely resolved my pest problems. I was extremely happy with the service, having pests in your home is more than unpleasant and I was so appreciative with the help provided. Manos (the owner) is a top bloke. He is the type of guy you'd love to have a beer or two with and he provided great personable service. You could tell by the service Manos provided that building the brand was more important to Manos than trying to overcharge. Thank you for your work, appreciate it.

I contacted Manos after buying the house on the conditon that before moving in a treatment of the home had to be completed prior to me moving in. Before the cooling off period I found the quote they received was it would cost only $1800. This didn’t seem right to me. Manos confirmed that whatever I was getting for $1800 was not going to do the job and that the quote was bogus. Knowing that he probably wasn’t going to get anything out of it he still took the time to contact my solicitor and tell him that I wasn’t getting a fair go. I ended up getting more off the house and said I would do the treatment when I move in so I know it was done right. A good man that didn’t want to see me get ripped off. When I do the treatment I will have Manos do it for me. Thanks again mate

I could not recommend this business enough! We called on Friday evening, just before the long weekend, with a serious allergy related bee problem. Manos was willing to help straight away and was at our house within the hour. From the very beginning he was professional, showed a lot of expertise and explained everything he would be doing. He definitely went beyond our expectations! He quoted a significantly cheaper price to start with, and although he used extra product and took extra time and care, he didn’t change the quoted price one cent. He even gave us advice on other services, which we will certainly be using in the near future!
