Newcastle Mazda is awesome in terms of services I did my car servicing with them they really looked after my car. Lady at the reception in service area and Grant (guy in reception) you guys are awesome and polite with great customer service response I will personally rate you guys 10 out 10 thank you for looking after my car and yes bonus complementary car wash with car servicing is great so happy with the team thank you guys
Brought a ("BRAND NEW") 2014 maxx sport CX5 turbo diesel from Newcastle Mazda,
At 33000k the engine blew up and at 68,000k the turbo blew up, a known problem. Newcastle Mazda had done every service on the vehicle.

Service department management is a nightmare to navigate and extremely rude. They don’t answer calls or emails.
Service department is hopeless! Don’t return phone calls or emails.
Pretty sure all they do is drop the engine oil out & whack a new oil filter on & hope nothing else is wrong with the vehicle by not checking anything else.
Can’t even put a new service sticker on the windscreen after they take the old one off!

Great experience with Mazda Newcastle. Hooked my family up with a brand new BT50. Highly recommend them. Jake for sales and Josh for finance were the best.
Thanks to the service team as my BT50 was a few months out of warranty when the air conditioner compressor failed. They contacted Mazda Australia and requested warranty cover. They gave me a call to book in and had the problem fixed which could have cost me thousands. I had the 60,000km service done while the car was there.

Absolute rort, will willingly charge unknowing customers ridiculous prices during a routine service. $840 for a major service and rego check, fair enough, but quite steep, throw on top of that another $350 for a top engine mount, and another $220 for a battery, wonder what the mark ups and profit on their prices are.will be taking our business elsewhere.

Shopping for a new car can be a stressful experience, however, my husband and I found that dealing with Jordi Pledger from Newcastle Mazda was a pleasant experience. We were treated with respect at the dealership, and with every phone call after that.

Really good experience here. The salesman are very friendly without any high pressure techniques. They really know about Mazdas and are only too happy to assist with any questions you may have. Taking a car for test drive was easy. Highly recommended

Walked in looking to purchase a sporty convertible, knowing well in advance it's probably need to build to spec anyway.
After going though the website and looking at the details, we thought it would be a good idea to visit a dealership just to get a more "personal touch".
Greeted by a young salesperson and started telling him about what we were after. While he was helpful at start, I might have triggered him by saying to "look around (comparing) for prices and offers" and got a lecture instead of help. He started telling me about how if he should risk his time and livelihood to offer us a price just for us to turn around and get other Mazda dealer to price match. (I sure hope our faces was not the reason why he immediately assume we'd run around newy to price match to the max, and all I wanted was to get some floor mats).
The manager did finally come around to help, despite telling us the same thing with unable to do a price drop, (which is fine, we tried and might try somewhere else). He handled it a bit better.
In short, in a free economy, am I wrong to find somewhere that gives better offer for the same product/service?
I know a colleague who was able to take $5000 off from his Mazda purchase. And No, I'm not looking for a massive discount like $5000 because it's a different type of car. But I just wanted to be treated fairly and without prejudice.

Served by the most lovely man who completed an exceptional job on my car. Such a quick and easy experience. Can’t recommend this service enough.
