I've used this service for a few years. Their communication is fantastic. The product feels safe and effective. They are timely and will advise if technicians are running late. They are always professional, courteous.

I have been using Newcastle Kill A Pest services since Greg Hall retires from the service and I have found them to be as good as Greg was for me. Very attentive, very thorough.

Pleasant, friendly and helpful. First time I have had them so will need to wait before I comment on the results.

We’ve been using Newcastle Kill A Pest for several years. They are always very friendly and punctual. Treatments always work for the full year as promised. I live in a cockroach rich neighbourhood but we rarely have them in our house thanks to these guys (and my cats deal with the rest).

Spoken to Virginia on the phone who was very helpful and informative. She helped clarify all my questions, arranged someone to come to the property the same day.

Within 30 minutes to an hour from my call the pest control staff arrived, I didn’t catch his name but he was extremely attentive, inspected the house, he explained exactly what he was going to do and the expectation of the service. He helped ease any concerns that I had and if I had any further questions to give the business a call and they will be more than happy to help.

I needed a termite inspection. Following the initial inspection there was one area of my house that I was still concerned about, even though the first inspection was very good.

I rang the office to see about getting the inspector to return. The office manager couldn't have been more friendly. She organised it straight away and informed me I was due a refund as I had overestimated the size of the job. The refund was credited when she said it would be.

The inspector was very knowledgable and a pleasant person to interact with.

I think they are a very hard working, honest company. I was very impressed.

Well priced for the amount of coverage used, reliable and pleasant.
