When our hot water system died last week I decided to look at the energy efficient heat pump hot water systems. There are so many providers selling so many products.it was overwhelming. I called Newcastle Hot water Services and spoke with Cath. She was amazing. She didn't pressure me to buy any particular unit over another. After working through our household needs she sent through a quote for a system, but also its product brochure and instruction manual. We went ahead and they were so prompt at organising the install and setting up the unit. Gavin and his team are all so professional, friendly and willing to spend the time explaining things, with none of the high-pressure salesman behaviour you often see these days. I highly recommend Newcastle Hot Water Services.don't waste your time going anywhere else. A fantastic local company who really take pride in their work and customer service. The installation wasn’t straight forward but the lecco’s and the plumber did a great job. On time, and great to deal with. The new unit works well and is nice and quiet too.

Our gas instantaneous water heater just stopped. They came very soon after my call. The plumber tried his best to salvage the unit so as to save us having to buy a new unit and get our hot water back ASAP. The unit was so old however that I asked for a replacement. He called for the new unit to be couried over while he removed the old one, so no time was lost. Within an hour there was a shiny new unit and nothing left to show that they had ever been here) It all went much better than I imagined! Also, not every gas plumber can service these instantaneous units.

Very professional, arrived on time, completed the work and cleaned up. Very satisfied and from my experience fully recommended.

I recently had a heat pump hot water system installed by Newcastle Hot Water Service to replace my old Instantaneous Gas System. Gavin was very thorough in inspecting my premises and current setup. He explained the different options clearly and I received a quote and pdf files for these options a short time later. The team of young men who installed my system did a great job. They were a friendly, professional group who I highly recommend. I’m very happy with my new system. My hot water is noticeably hotter than my old gas system. Overall very good, couple of minor hiccups in installation with size of heater and water pressure but all fixed in the end
