I went in to the new place at broadmeadow yesterday, only got 2 steps in the door was actually greeted with a how can I help. I was shown where to go for what I needed and young fella loaded up my stuff into my Ute. Great old fashioned service I haven't experienced in a long time. I'll be back.

Very impressed with staff, they wanted to help you, not hiding like the other mob, had what I wanted & offered to take item to car.

Dunno what all those negative comments are about, grief looking for a cause.

I made a phone call before I called in, and was met with a positive response. I had a little difficulty in conveying my requirements once there. All worked out OK in the end.

Can't say enough nice things about the lovely man who served me today - not just served me but went out of his way to find what I needed. I needed a washer for the pipes under the bathroom sink, and when they didn't have the size I needed in the regular section, he went through the section with the pipes and found a spare one that happened to be the exact right size, and then on top of that, he didn't even charge me for it. I was completely blown away and my faith in human natures was completely restored.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful hardware staff, all to be found close to home. A case where size and mountains of stuff ain’t the attraction, if it ever was.

Great customer service, very knowledgeable staff and they have a great range of both trade supplies and DIY products. 5 Stars!

The older salesman was friendly but the two young women were quite rude. One of them from the paint area actually followed me to the front and watched me until the other girl returned to the cash register, as if she thought I would run away without paying.

Unhelpful, rude, dismissive and condescending. So many issues with their customer service and attempting to have them correct their mistakes. Stuffed me around for weeks and they couldn't have cared less.

Absolute garbage of a hardware store. 4 times ive been there and wont accept cash. Service was terrible.

First-class service from helpful staff who know their product. As legitimate hardware stores continue to disappear at an alarming rate, this one is highly recommended. Don't go to Bunning's. Shop here instead.

Headed into the store for the first time today and was helped by Josh. Very helpful and friendly, he even cut some metal for me on the spot and gave helpful tips on how to progress with my project. I’ll be returning as a result of this awesome service. Thanks!

Very polite and helpful staff. Nothing is a problem for them. It was already 2 weeks since placing a special order when I phoned to say I would be another week before picking it up. Not a problem at all.

I’ve been here a few Times because it’s close to work and they’re always so rude to me, ignoring customers and rolling their eyes if you ask questions. You’re better off just going to Bunnings.
