Steve offered great advice, visited us promptly to assess & quote, was well priced, offered high quality work & product, was on time everytime, was honest, pleasant & dependable and worked to sand with little dust. We had a damaged timber floor sanded and polished… the results were FANTASTIC! We opted for a low sheen finish and it looks beautiful! Steve was prompt with his communication, was available in a great time frame and provided us with a new and improved timber floor for our home. Thank you and we would highly recommend!

You will not be disappointed.
We laid brand new floors and wanted a professional finish. Most of the area looks great but in the kitchen there are scratch and circle marks. When we asked for steve to come and fix we got the run around then abused. We should not of paid fully till we inspected it completely. Word of warning do not pay till u are satissfied. My husband could of done just as good he had several excuses for the bad finish.
Steve did a fantastic job on our floors and stairs which had 16 years wear and tear. His pricing is competitive, and if you want a great job done I would recommend Newcastle Floor Sanders. They have come up like new again.

Have had Steve do three floors for me over the years. He has always been punctual, polite, hard working, and does an amazing job. The finish he gets is as good as I've seen. He charges a fair, and very competitive price. Definitely would use again if needed in the future.
