15 First time at Newcastle Skin Medical Centre on arriving receptionist was very friendly and professional.
Dr was great and explained everything to me.
On leaving very professional and was so helpful in explaining all that i needed to do for my next visit.
Be careful. This is a skin cancer clinic. Nice staff but terrible management and you will pay the same fees as you would if you were seeing a board certified dermatologist.
This clinic is FABULOUS. I've never felt more like my doctor actually cared about helping me. I'd recommend Dr Polson to anyone who is looking for a doctor with good knowledge, and a fantastic bedside manner as well.
Whole experience was flawless from start to finish. Reception were friendly and Dr Baruah was very thorough. Will be coming back here for my next skin check.

Highly recommend DR Neil MacPherson. He was very thorough during evey consultation and caring/ friendly while being very professional.
Dr was more interested in telling me how overweight I am (after ‘guessing’ my height for a INACCURATE BMI) than actually talking about my skin condition. I felt really deflated after my $140 appointment and will not be going back. Front staff were really friendly on the phone and in person.

Dr Neil Macpherson has to be the best doctor I have seen. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things. Dr Neil also has a lovely bed side manner and makes you feel like you're not just another case. I would highly recommend him.

I saw Neil, and he is one of the best doctors I’ve seen in some time. He made me feel at ease, he was informative and attentive, he answered all of my questions and I asked a lot of them. Neil showed care and kindness with humour. I’ve seen a lot of specialists in the last 2 years and his manner and approach to patients was how I expect a professional who cares for people to behave.
The staff were knowledgeable and immediately made me feel at ease and that I was in good hands! Highly recommend.
