Right from the start this company have been fabulous, every person Ive dealt with have been very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The guys who laid the floor were extremely professional and did an amazing job. Im extremely happy with the whole experience and would not hestitate in recommending their products and services!

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The layers did a great job, were polite and punctual and did not damage our freshly painted skirting boards. Was a great experience dealing with Carpet One and we are extremely happy with our new carpet!

Although the job is not as of now 100%complete the work carried out to date is of a very high standard and the product supplied and installed is as advertised and as per quotation. Liaison with the customer was very satisfactory and the on site installation personnel carried out their work with minimal disruption to normal activities. When the work is complete I would be happy to complete another survey in order to convey my overall impression of the company, products and personnel/

Customer service was above and beyond. My initial contact was during Christmas break but two sales persons contacted me even though the store was not open. Living overseas the selection of carpet and vinyl was not easy but the customer service was excellent and Kathie Bowtell went out of her way to send me photographs and descriptions to help me make the right choice. I am very happy with how the finished installation looks and the installation was made a very smooth process with excellent communications along the way. A great customer experience from beginning to end. The initial consult the assistant listened and went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% happy with my selection. They booked me in with their floorers in a timely fashion.yet again the floorers were friendly and answered some of my more inane questions.they were very professional, fast and the quality of workmanship was exceptional.the whole experience exceeded my expectations.would highly recommend this company.

Angie made us feel very welcome from the moment we stepped in to the shop and had a wonderful insight into the little tricks of the trade which would make our blinds look amazing! Angie was open and honest the whole time which allowed us to have complete trust in her work. The turn around times for manufacture and install were really quick as we had a tight deadline and this was much appreciated by us.
Lee was amazing as an installer and has done a wonderful job installing our blinds. Lee has not scratched any window frames or miss-drilled a single hole. Lee was on time and completed our whole house in an efficient and professional manner.
