I phoned up on the day I needed a pink slip done and was fitted into there already busy morning. Very professional and would highly recommend this place.

If you need anything done with your car, this is the place. Shah was friendly, professional, and knew what he was talking about.
I was worried about the brakes, as they were making an awful sound, and I was concerned that the pads had worn out. Shah said that he’d fit me in and look at it straight away for me. The brake pads were replaced and, as per my request, a diagnostic was done on the system, as there were a few error codes. He told me what the problem was and that an auto electrician should be able to fix it.
I highly recommend going here as Shah doesn’t overcharge, and will do as you ask.

Had my car towed here after it broke down. Multiple issues were found and fixed, they were very thorough and great at explaining all the issues. They did whatever they could to save me money on the repairs by repairing parts they could rather than ordering new parts. Wonderful customer service. Will definitely be returning for future servicing and repairs

Absolutely woeful customer service. Dropped car in for a pink slip, handed over rego papers, only for them to misplace them. Rego papers lost in their office somewhere. They searched for two minutes to just shrug their shoulders and say it's lost. Wouldn't trust their mechanical abilities if that's how they treat important paperwork. Manager Shah is totally useless. Wouldn't recommend.

Went one time for a Rego check and they weren't bad. I came back today for an appt for another pink slip and they left me waiting for about half an hour, I couldnt get anyone to tell me what was happening. Finally I went back and called for someone to come talk to me. The guy said it would take at least another half hour to hour more before they could start because they were having trouble with one of the cars from earlier that morning. They knew about this delay when I gave them my key, but said nothing.
If they would have told me before waited so long, I would have been fine with it, but the lack of communication cost me my whole lunch break, and puts pressure on me to get my rego done in time now.

Talk to your customers guys, got to let us know what to expect.

Worst mechanic in the town. Unprofessional staff Rude, over priced and take advantage of people has less knowledge of car. Charge to fix the problems that not exist and actually break other parts of. Very good in creating own stories
