7 I had a really positive experience today when visiting this clinic.
Dr McNeill was lovely and I felt heard during my appointment. I'm very allergic to cats and have cats at home and she is assisting me through this and didn't advise me to remove cats from my life, which means a lot to me because I'm a crazy cat lady.
The nurse who performed my skin test was also very knowledgeable and super kind throughout this process. Thanks again to you both for making me feel comfortable today
Asked them to bulk bill as I am on low income and they refused. More concerned about the dollar than someone's ill health
Super friendly staff that could not do enough to help us. Have seen them with both my kids over the last 4 years and they have been brilliant every time.

Very expensive, immunologist, not very friendly. Ignored half the symptoms on the referal and actually made a very offensive comment while we were in there.
