New Vision Psychology Sydney

I feel genuinely cared for by the team here - from my psychologist to the receptionists. Since the pandemic, my mental health has deteriorated, but my therapist has really helped me get through this rough time. I'd recommend this practice to anyone seeking professional help.

My partner and I have been coming here for a while now and we always have a consistent and reliable experience. Admin staff are efficient and our therapist has really helped our relationship. 10/10 would recommend

Not helpful. Went to see this particular psychologist bcs she had a phd, but it really doesn’t mean anything. Advise is very shallow, no deep-rooted questions. She was too focused on typing rather than actually caring about the problems. Didn’t feel comfortable at all after getting out of the room. A waste of money.

You've got a problem with Dr Pauline Hall. Hall is extremely cold and uncaring towards its attitude. Not Good!

I would give no stars if I could. I hope that no one sees one of their psychologists Priya. She was late to our appointment and a total waste of time and money. Absolutely dismissive of my husbands challenges and would not investigate anything for us or discuss his current concerns. She became fixated on one thing and would not move on or listen to any feedback/questions. My husband was desperately needing support and came away not being open to trying anybody else. He then had a total breakdown weeks later that were totally missed in this session. Our concerns eventually diagnosed by a separate psychologist at the point of no return. Horrific.
