What a beautiful shop to visit, not only do they sell beautiful quality products but their customer service is second to none.

What a waste of time and money for a reading I had done today, the lady that did my reading was completely wrong about everything and only knew stuff about me by asking questions and then giving me terrible advice in return.
I wouldn’t bother wasting your money here go to a professional, sat on the other side of the room as well because she still believes in covid restrictions. Won’t be back that’s for sure

I like the crystals here which I buy for decoration purposes. But not a big fan of the staff telling you that the crystals are great for healing and connecting with auras, angels, etc.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The people that work here are extremely rude. I have no problem with the crystals or pricing of them it is the staff that is terrible.
Three months ago one of the workers accused me of stealing. I have never stolen in my life and never will so I was confused. I tried to tell her that this was a misunderstanding and clear up the situation and she told me to leave. But if I had truly stolen would she have not asked for the items I allegedly stole back (she never did) ? Instead she just kicked me out of the store with no further discussion.
Toady my friend wanted to buy a birthday present from New Moon. I told her how I was kicked out three months ago for no legitimate reason and she suggested I still try and go back and see if they finally realised I'm not a thief. I even adjust myself to give them better comfort by putting my jacket in my bag and closing my bag so they can't try and accuse me again. I step one foot in the store and the worker immediately screams at me to get out and proceeds to say very loudly in front of everyone in the store that I need to leave as I have "stolen" from there. I calmly respond saying, "I have never stolen in my life. " and she asks if I can wait outside while my friend shops. I comply and agree without hesitancy as I don't want to cause any issues or make it a bigger deal than it has to be. I stay outside the store to the side. The worker then proceeds to call security, even though I was OUSTIDE of the store respecting her wishes.

During the time that security was heading to us her other co-worker store and pushed past me while entering back into the store. Very professional of them to shove a 15 year old.

Security then comes and the worker says to him "escort this girl out I have asked her to leave my store" by this point I start crying and telling this women that I have left her store, respected her wishes, never stolen and was just innocently waiting for my friend to be finished buying her stuff. She wasn't having any of it. The security noticed I was very hurt by this and I spoke to him about the situation. New Moon has cameras in their store, there is no proof of me stealing their products. But instead they enjoy making children cry, disrespect their customers who have spent hundreds of dollars for this small business including their family. Most unprofessional place ever.

Very disappointed with my ‘reading’, if you can call it that.
What a waste of one-hour and $135.
Nothing said related to me and I felt like she filled the time with talking about irrelevant topics and asking me questions.
I felt like leaving about half way through.

Lovely ladies. Just beautiful products, all reasonably priced. Big car park, in Castle Mall…. NOT Castle Towers.

For a 'spiritual' store, it is a shame that your staff aren't understanding and aren't upto date/trained properly on the current rules/regulations.

I have been a long standing customer for over 5 years but after today, I won't be back because of how I was treated in store.

I booked a phone reading which you have to pay upfront for and nobody contacted me. I tried to call numerous times, left a voicemail, text, email and still nobody bothered to get back to me. If you would like to get ripped off then go ahead and book. I highly do not recommend. I would like a refund asap!

Great quality merchandise, Can be a very calm experience unless someone brings in to much negative energy and shadow. Im susceptible ti but vibrational frequencies.

Can be a little bit pricey but overall a great shop with very knowledgeable and friendly staff member, I have been coming here on and off for over 10 years and I still love this place!

This place is amazing! I got tumble stones, amethyst and rose quartz and clear quartz.the shop owner is super nice and helpful and explained lots of crystals.cheap crystals and all types (spheres, raw, tumbled, etc) amazing store!

Avoid This Place. Came Here Few Days Ago worse experience ever.

I liked it when the other lady was here I forgot her name i think it was Tara or Kara or kera. I don't like this new lady that works there she gives of bad energy.

There Are Other Shops Like This That Are Better.

Don't waste Your Time And Money At This Place.

Better To Go Somewhere Else. Won't be comming here ever again. Worse mistake i ever I did.

Interesting place with a lot of amazing items. Polite and helpful staff.
The only problem with this place was the rude, old fortune teller lady who stuck her head out of the back room and shut me and my daughter up as we were talking about the products. I think she should take her witchcraft somewhere more private than a busy shop with a lot of traffic.

A great shop full of interesting things! Beautiful jewelry and homewares, tantalising tarot and Oracle cards, crystals, oils, and readings on offer. Highly recommended visiting if you are in the area. A little tucked away in the mall if you haven't visited before, but worth it.

Has a good range of crystals, scents and Balinese/Buddhist statues and trinkets. Hasn't got much Pagan/Wiccan stuff (besides tarot/oracle cards and some books) which is a real shame since that's what I've been looking for. I hope they get supplies of alter accessories and tools sometime soon to help me with my Craft

Shop gives very good vibes, relaxation. Was looking for specific items and got help with advises for the best choose. Will be returning for sure

Can’t believe Kara is leaving soon! Goodness, I’ve been shopping there for forever and it’s such a gorgeous little place. The smells and feel to this shop is just awesome. Definitely recommend a visit.

Always feel calm when I go in and I could spend hours looking at all their amazing crystals, books and jewellery I have been going in there for years and always find something to buy.

It's a lovely store, but my main reason for going here was to have a psychic reading done. I have seen many psychics for over 30 years and the one I saw here was absolutely atrocious in her delivery of information and attitude with the way she spoke. She was similar to another psychic I saw in a store like this at Parramatta and they both left me traumatised. Will definitely never come back again.

I feel as if I have been betrayed by the staff from this shop. I normally don’t like writing bad reviews but if something negative happens to me from a business that consumes my thoughts and energy and doesn’t stop rattling in my mind then I think the business needs a review.

Earlier today I got a call from the shop owner, who asked me to collect my money because I prepayed for the next workshop. She told me the teacher thinks I’m not as advanced as her other students and the teacher was thinking of her class as a whole. This really shocked me because I never got this impression from the teacher. I asked if I could go to her any other workshops the owner replied it’s best not to as I am not a good fit. I felt very hurt because when I did a reading with teacher revealed some secrets about myself which I find really hard to do and to a normal person I would feel judged but considering readings and spiritual healings aren’t widely accepted in society I thought I would not be judged. From most of my other readers, whether card readers or energy readers, they have all understood my choices I’ve had to make and they said there is no judgement from this side and the other side, life has just given me some negative cards and I’m doing best out of the situation. I expressed my disappointment to the store owner and how offended I was as I think it was not majorly my skills that put the teacher off but the reading she did with me. After that I felt there was a bit of a distance but I let it go because I always overthink. The owner said I can do one on one with her which satisfied me but I soon found out after that again it would be readings and not a lesson.

Although I particularly did not like the artworks on the cards made by the teacher I still invested in buying them because I was the student and needed to learn. Now looking at them, I just want to burn them.

Later on the day when I went to collect my money, the owner told me the beginner class would be suitable for me but I asked about this on the phone and I remember being told I wasn’t a good fit. Again I think this is just a cover. On top of this I feel undervalued because the teacher couldn’t call and tell me this herself but hid behind the shop owner. To me this is cowardice.

Anyway her beginner classes won’t suit me because in a few months I may have a hectic schedule and taking lessons once a week for a month, depending on the day, most likely after hours on a weekday will interfere with my routine.

The reason I gave 2 stars is because I found a journal and colouring book, both brightening up my day and night. Although I haven’t written in the journal, I coloured in the colouring book and will not let the bad experiences from the shop affect what I bought.

I was trying avoid writing a long review, but I think this needs to be communicated.
