Spoke to a bloke on the phone regarding a screen replacement, he was kind enough to properly explain auto electrician process, but says if screen doesn’t that’s on me and not them because he’s got footage of it working. When asked about process/solutions if screen doesn’t work, he again said I will have working footage, and when asked about footage reliability (old, before/after, quality etc) - his response was “if it doesn’t work, buy a new screen bro”. Fantastic service:)

Loved the parts pricing online via ebay to your website and the excellent communication via text and phone. Many second hand parts sites show no pricing and are confusing to find the relevant part numbers.

Rang up to get some door trims for my car. Was provided a quote and rang to confirm I could collect. Was told the parts would be ready for me to collect the next day on payment received. Made the payment then and there. Went to collect only to be told that the parts had been sold. No heads up to say there was an issue and no apology for wasting my time to drive to Smithfield. Just some excuse that the system was wrong and a refund would be provided in 5-10 days. If you're going to buy of them make sure you double check they have the parts they say the do.

Met Brendan yesterday at New Model Wreckers - what a legend! I needed a door handle for my wife’s Fiat and he problem solved the entire process and then went on to explain exactly what my mechanic needed to know and do to fit it properly.

Got a quote from my Panel Beaters, just under $500. Most expensive item cost about $400. Gumtree came up with NEW MODEL WRECKERS.who quoted a far lesser amount. Paid interstate via Bank Transfer. Installed and working within a week at 2/3rd the price. Thank you New Model Car Wreckers. I'll be back!

I ordered a mirror for a kia that no one else in Australia had in stock, and for an amazing price the staff really pushed to get it on the truck to Canberra even though I missed the cut off for delivery. By some miracle it was at my front door b4 lunch the next day. If I could ide rate them 100 stars. I installed with ease and now my car is road worthy again
