The decision on whom should build your next home is always a hard decision. Both Josie and myself are so glad we picked New Living Homes.

After months of looking at designs and builders across Sydney, we both agreed immediately that the Avoca at Spring Farm was the home for us.

From the moment we spoke to Natalie Keys who helped us with the design, pricing and options. To Karen Shirtliff in the office who was always helpful. The experience was second to none.

I wanted to especially mention our site supervisor Gavin Richards. He was brilliant from the start and always kept us updated during the entire build process. With issues like CoVid, stock and weather, Gavin made sure we were always informed and aware of any changes or issues.

So again from Josie, myself and our entire family, thank you New Living Homes for making our beautiful home and making the process enjoyable. We highly recommend New Living Homes

Being a business that is customer based, I know how demanding some customers can be- but the sales ladies at Spring Farm were Fantastic and so accommodating even on days that I'd call or email not realising it was their day off- she would still call me back or reply! The house is beautiful and we are so so happy.

We loved our first build with new living so much that when it was time to up size we went back to New living, even after researching multiple other builders. Donna and Natalie were very accommodating to anything we wanted changed even with my 600 questions and emails before we had even signed the contract:) they were very patient and helpful.

In our place for over two years and still over the moon with it! They were quick and everything has stood the test of time. 5 stars here.

Building with New Living Homes was the best choice we have ever made. We were so excited to watch our home be built, and now we are expecting our third child, very happy to have the extra space. It was so easy and we are happy to recommend them to anyone else building their first home.

My partner and I are days away from handover and reflecting on the build I absolutely cannot believe how quick, efficient and perfect everything went. Site supervisor Gavin I’m sure is the best of many from new living, we definitely got lucky having him as part of the build. The standards new living homes have are amazing, the work is second to none, we would visit the site quite often and enjoyed watching it progress. Including the Christmas break from slab to handover was a little over 4 months. We are incredibly happy with the house and can’t possibly thank Gavin, new living and all the trades for their brilliant work.

The team is wonderful, George is legend and wonderful to deal with great asset for NHL, andrew the builder is definitely the right person in the right place thx to Ronda and her team, NHL time frame is more than amazing, the price is the cheapest on the market

New living homes are building next door to my property and almost at completion. They have decided to use my property as a dumping ground, moving my temporary fencing out of the way and illegally dumping on my property. I have been in contact with the Site supervisor " Gavin" who was very rude and abrupt on the phone saying that he didn't do it and he didn't put left over rubbish from his build on my property neither did his tradies. All i did was ask him to remove the rubbish multiple times from his site that has been dumped on my land. He decided to only move the good bricks that he could reuse and left all the broken ones and all the rubbish.
I sent the site foreman a formal email weeks ago to remove all the rubbish from his site that has been dumped on my land, and have not heard back from him or anyone from New Living Homes.
This is a very disgusting and poor attitude from New Living Homes and its staff and I am not happy one bit and should not be treated like this especially from a potential customer. You would not expect this from a company that is part of a bigger company such as Masterton. Your assistance into this matter would be appreciated.
