Highly recommend New Image Auto Glass. I spent the weekend away and came home to find a branch had cracked my front windscreen. I called Steve and he was able to come the next day to replace it. It only took him about 15 minutes and he did a really great professional job. I then noticed that one of my rear tyres had gone flat so he helped me pump that up too. What a legend. Thanks Steve!

5 stars for Steve - I had a small dent in my windshield that developed into a larger crack and called him up. His quote was competitive, could do it at short notice and was very easy to communicate with over the phone. After the windshield was installed, however, my windshield wipers weren't working. Although Steve wasn't able to fix it immediately, he assured me that he'd get a reliable mechanic to fix it the next day at no extra charge. I brought my car to a 3rd party mechanic and Steve arrived as well to fix the car - now everything is up and running again.

While I could have posted 3/4 stars given not everything went smoothly and I had to take time out of my day to finish what is usually a ~1 hr task, I gave Steve 5 stars anyway - I appreciate his willingness to see the job through at no extra cost and I think this attitude is difficult to find these days.

Highly recommend Steve and team at New Image AutoGlass. Steve and team replaced our windscreen and recalibrated the car electronic system. Group provided good customer service and high quantity workmanship. New Image AutoGlass really do know what they are doing. This good experience with New Image AutoGlass followed on from a very poor experience with the major player in the windscreen replacement industry whom were unable to do our job because of the electronic system in the car. Thankfully we found Steve at New Image AutoGlass whom had no problems with the job.

I called New Image Auto Glass for a quote to replace my rear window. Glass wasn't available at sydney as it was late 2020 model car. Jake order the glass from Melbourn replaced my window. Price was very reasonable.

The quality of the installation was outstanding, they made sure that all the glass was removed from inside the door frame, and that the new window worked perfectly. They did this in 30 minutes.
