We had the pleasure of meeting Mo and the New Horizons team a few weeks ago when our son’s accommodation was abruptly terminated by a different company. Mo was extremely helpful and supportive, patiently taking us through alternate accommodation. As we were all in a fragile state, we were appreciative of the caring nature that was shown then by New Horizons and is still continuing. Thank you

Recently had a seamless transmission over to new horizons sil home for my ndis participant. Mo and his team have been professional, helpful and supportive throughout the change.
Feel sorry for the poor folk that work and have to deal with New Horizons services, and work there for far below minimum wage. That may struggle with making comments, giving feedback and being listened to by new horizons and other similar services through the Australian mental health system.
