Shocking lack of customer service and communication. Even after repeated requests she is unable to use a telephone, only email.
And no physical contact. She has no office premises. It’s all done through a P. O. Box and electronic contact.

This will cost YOU more money in verification and electronic ID. It seemed that it was easier for Samantha to use these electronic means. Costing me more money, but avoiding any physical meeting.

I would prefer a more personal, personable
Service where any issues or concerns can be discussed with a person in real time. If you want a pen pal you can never meet. This is your company

I used new horizon for the sale of my house and it was adequate.
I stupidly used this company again to buy a semi derelict property.

Samantha cannot think outside the box.
She devoted time to why there are no functional fire alarms, even though the house has no internal walls!

I’m sure if you are buying a standard house in one of the aspirational estates, Samantha’s service could be adequate for you. However, if it is an unusual property or transaction, do yourself a solid favour. Try anyone else.

It seemed like it was her first day most of the transaction and I had no faith that she had any clue what was going on. One week of working on the file and address of the property was still wrong on the contract. Sheer incompetence.

Avoid this company at all costs.
