8 If I could give 6 stars I would! TJ is an absolute pleasure to deal with in every aspect. Fast, efficient and friendly the trifecta! She resolved all the issues I had and put my mind at ease that I am in good hands. It's hard to find good, let alone great service on the coast. Love it.

Evan is MAGIC fingers! He fixed every issue we had in the office with our printer and did it with a great big smile on his face. You felt his passion for what he does, as he educated us further with the features on the printer, so we could use it to its full capacity. We have been a customer of New Era print for over 4 years now and they are fantastic! Any issues we have with our printer they are straight out here to get us going again or drop off ink, etc. In particular, Evan is always going above and beyond and is very professional.

Needed service on my Oki printer - friendly voice answered the phone, transferred to a technician who tried to fix the problem over the phone, and when unable to, visited the offices the next business morning to provide a solution. GREAT service and friendly staff.
I have nothing but praise for Tom! Tom opened my eyes to how bad my print contract was in comparison to his service offering. When I look closer at my service agreement there was no mention of an annual increase – but guess what! The old provider was increasing their fees each year. My advice – get out your current print contract (or request a copy) & show Tom – he will show you where the warts are! Thank you Tom
