4Like the previous review I went with a local installer for service. I waited 4 months with multiple phone calls, being told each time someone would show up. It was a simple fix. Avoid at all costs.
I was happy to pay top dollar because it was a locally owned company, expecting that I’d get good local service and support the local economy. I couldn’t have been more wrong! They installed the system incorrectly so that I didn’t have access to the reset button which is necessary to put the system on my network. They keep telling me that an electrician will come and fix the issue, but they just don’t show up. This has been going on for nearly 5 months. Avoid this company like the plague!
A bunch of get rich quick hooks who talk to confound rather than enlighten. Avoid them.
