RIDICULOUS how I cannot do a click and collect when even clothing stores are doing click and collect. They charge you 25 dollars shipping even for an order that is not even 100aud. You are not supporting local business by banning click and collect because the postal network is clogged and now anything I order will take me a WEEK to arrive into Northern beaches. The law allows click and collect for your business, reinstate it.

Terrible customer service! Was looking for parking for so long with 2 kids in the car to be asked to leave the shop as I could not wear mask due to health issues and having lawful reason and official exemption. They even wanted me to put masks for 1 and 4 years old kids. Total DISCRIMINATION and lack of NSW law knowledge. Never will support and buy from this company

Just a comment regarding owner reply below. I have no reasons to lie. Lady who was standing next to receptionist pointing out that specially kids have to wear mask saying “you know what is happening in schools now”. My child does not even go to school. And I mentioned twice I have an exemption and it is always with me on my phone but no one even were bother asking me to show it.
May be you should educate your staff on what to do in case situation like this arise again with other people.

Recently placed my first order with new directions. Even with the covid situation as it is with lockdowns and rapid spread my order was sent efficiently. Being in WA am used to needing to wait awhile! Postage was quick. All products were well packed and protected. Will definitely be ordering again from here.

I was assisted with product info and my order was processed and packed in no time at all. I have never been disappointed with the service.

Received faulty hardened chamomile essential oil. It’s been a 5 month process of emails back and forth. No replacement item has been offered nor received. No reimbursement of funds spent in faulty item. Company trying to inform it is normal for oils to go hard and be impossible to remove from the bottle. They advise to warm bottle to be able to remove the oil. Never in all the years have I had a pure essential oil go hard. Batch number of the item and photo evidence provided to the company. Will never deal with this company again. Back to trusted company DoTERRA

I have been a customer for a few years now and i wanted to make an essential oil atomizer to sell to my clients online and the wonderful chemist at New Directions was so helpful with what is required to get the best out of my sprays, explaining shelf life, preservatives and how it all works.
