Closing sadly. Tried to get service today. 4 ladies all sat staring at their phones. One reluctantly stood up, gave a brief spiel when I insisted someone assist, hardly looked at me while talking, then returned to whatever was so interesting on her phone.
I fear this is the future of customer service.
Not overly busy in here. Didn't have a large range of hiking shoes which was disappointing considering they are an outdoor and athletic store. Closing down sale as well. We're some good prices on shoes but not in the range we wanted. Shame I didn't need new runners etc as the prices were that good.

She was so attentive and was so helpful.
I ended up buying a pair of shoes and I could say they have a good selection and the price was decent too!

Manger is extremely rude when I asked quesrion. She rudely reply me and was mumbling. She is racist and doest like people from other background
Didn't have the most iconic and classic new balance 574's, told me to go to platypus. You'd think the newbalance direct factory outlet would have stock of their most iconic shoe

Yesterday I phoned New Balance Auburn to order a pair of women's joggers. The staff were very friendly and didn't hesitate to price match a cheaper price I'd found online and assured me my shoes would be sent out the same day. Imagine my surprise when the shoes appeared at my door at 9.30 this morning! The shoes were exactly what I wanted and I've ordered another pair today. Thank you New Balance for fantastic customer service, great price and speedy delivery.
Had a very bad experience here, customer service was highly disrespectful with attitude and rudeness.
For a simple refund I was asked to provide my all personal details even though I had the receipt and card.

Large variety of sneakers and sports clothes at reasonable prices. Lots of parking. Friendly and helpful staff.

Gold star service from the staff member that helped me find exactly what I wanted (appropriate work shoes) and then stayed with me to help me find the right size shoes just to try on so I knew what I was after next time I go back For some leisure shoes.
Just left after one of the best customer service experiences by Jenni. My wife and I along with our youngest daughter dropped in after being advised by the staff at birkenhead point they had in stock the type and size i needed! Dropped in and got 'em. Amazing helpful staff, youngest daughter got her new sports shoes, nothing was too much trouble for Jenni. Thanks NB Auburn!
It used to be the best favorite shoes, but almost since 7 years selling same design and they are very expensive, rather buying skechers or Fila when on sale than buying of them anymore.
I don't think I have ever had 1 bad service. Great service and a happy bunch.

Staff didn't really approach customers to provide assistance. Prices arent always on every item. Prices aren't super special for an outlet store and range is not impressive either.

Greater customer service and good advice on the type of shoes I was looking for. I walked out with the perfect pair in just 15 min.
Rarely any variety its maybe 3 times the size of a regular mall store with about 10% stock. I have been to this store about three times and everytime came back with nothing and bought elsewhere. It's a shame, really.
