83The poor and careless strata service I have never had before. We moved to a brand new complex with no one collecting garbage and cardboard for a week. I emailed strata manager with no response than I called him after 2days, he promised someone will coming to fix this issue in the afternoon, unfortunately it wasn’t happening as promised. I called emailed him and no response again which not surprised me. This is a brand new townhome people are keeping moving in, however they never know for at least next whole week all of us living with garbage and disgusting smells.
Always have a pleasant experience when dealing with Netstrata. Whenever I needed to purchase certificates, Melissa May has always responded promptly and have always been very kind and helpful.
Quite good when our development opened 4 years ago, however change in management in the last year has resulted in a distancing in communications between our residents and the strata company as long serving mature managers were replaced by (to be inserted at a later date). Covid restrictions causing remote meetings (Zoom) may have also contributed to the alienated feelings of many residents, but these alienated feelings still remain. The next 12 months may enlighten.
Terrible experience with this strata. Owned a unit for 2 weeks and started getting harassed for overdue fees that belonged to the previous owner. Late fees, ‘final notice’ warnings, etc for a debt that is not mine - their only justification is that I am now the owner and they don’t chase it up with other people. No system in place to recognize they are harassing someone that did not cause the problem. Further to this, so far, their owner portals seem to not work properly and they do not action registration requests to use their online services in a timely manner.
Have been dealing with Dominic for the last few months. In that time has shown to be professional, reliable and efficient.
What more could you ask for.

Our Manager Dominic Bayndrian is a pleasure to work with. He is responsive by answering the phone, textxs and replying to emails promptly. He also has a great understanding of building issues and doesn't miss a thing. He has recommended a good set of trades people, he has connections.

Michael Thompson and Netstrata are exceptional strata managers. Michael is extremely professional, responsive, unbelievably knowledgeable, and importantly pro-active on all issues, and has managed our building through some complicated and sensitive matters very successfully. And he is also an excellent manager of people/the strata committee - he makes it a pleasure to serve on the committee. I am always quick to recommend Michael and Netstrata to friends who and colleagues who often have much less satisfactory experiences with their own strata managers. We are very fortunate.
I would like to thank Nicole Kazzi for being an excellent Strata Manager for many years. Nicole has always been proactive and responded promptly to all requests and enquiries. From the mundane to the major requests.
Nicole has managed the complexities of different personalities and aspects of our strata with professionalism and care. Our meetings were always run well and kept on track.

The worst strata management I have ever seen. Poor communication and charge additional fees without any notification. The staff is not proactive at all.

At his old company he basically disappeared and ghosted us, without paying building insurances or leaving any communication!
Can not recommend so far based on dealings with staff. Ask for basic updates and not proactive at all. Not any better than our previous Strata management
Polite on the initial reply but I always have to follow up. This has happen in repeated occasions.
These guys are dishonest. If you try and change strata companies/management they do everything in their power to stop you. We tried to change to a different company and they lied and did everything in their power to stop us from changing. They have no integrity, it;s all about keeping you locked in for business.
No hot water at our Strata block coming up to 48 hours because they didn’t want to respond on a Sunday and then lied about the time that owners and occupiers made contact to support their lack of response. I have two young children and this is not ok. I will be taking this matter further.
I have recently had David Salter from Winfire (Window and Compliance) which I now understand are another subsidiary of NetStrata. I felt I needed to commend David Salter from Winfire regarding his ongoing patience and help with installation of a fire door and smoke detectors in our villa. His positive attitude is a stand out. Its refreshing to deal with people who love their job and enjoy helping others. Thank you David!
Please don’t write some condescending comment about getting in touch as our household has contacted your company hundreds of times and never received any help. Further to your comment, your managing director has been of no help. This review is indicative of poor communication skills and lack of care from your strata managers and director. Unfortunately having you reach out to the many people on here after having such poor experiences, is too little too late.
