I had such a great experience at Nespresso. Deniz was so sweat. She helped us to find which coffee that fits our taste.

First time there, very confusing. It's fully self-serve if you have your membership card handy, however only my partner has it. I entered the store and was greeted by a man, and I said I was interested in the seasonal flavours. He then walked away? I made eye contact with him and he came back over. I asked if the pods came in a mixed pack, he said it was just a single flavour per sleeve and then walked away again. When I said I wanted to buy some, he told me the store was very big. I was still, basically, standing at the entrance, but it felt so patronising to be told that the store was big. So I took that as a "leave me alone" and went near the back of the store and had a look around. I felt really lost, but luckily one of the female staff members asked if they could help. I explained that I just wanted some seasonal flavours, and she explained the process. After that, it was a bit easier, I was able to buy the flavours and leave!

Sensational Service. Everytime I go in the team is exceptional; this time especially by Noriko (apologies if I’ve spelt your name incorrectly). Noriko understood my needs and went above and beyond with attaining the specific product I desired. Will only shop at this Nespresso store.

I had a fantastic experience with the flagship coffee expert Joshua. Extremely passionate and knowledgeable and spent an extensive amount of time explaining the simple joys of coffee as well as the complex strategies and lengths that Nespresso go to in order to satisfy the consumer. As someone just starting out their “coffee journey” it was vastly appreciated.

Concierge had a massive attitude problem. You can guide people in the store and correct them (for example confirming what line is for what) without berating them. Didnt bother and walked out.

My experience was great, I was assisted by Felipe, very polite and attentive, he helped me and I bought even more than I initially intended. I recommend!

I was served by a guy who insisted for a phone number and kept telling me that my phone wasn’t there, and asking for someone else number. Of course was not there, it was my first time in the store and he didn’t bother explain it to me anything
I got very upset with the situation. If I could give 0 start I would.

This is a big Nespresso store, with all of coffee machines and capsules there.
Also the staff is very friendly and helpful, specially Melvin was very nice and helpful.
He explained briefly what we need about subscriptions and coffee.
Melvin also is very polite.

Today we visited Nespresso Boutique and met Joshua. We had the best time purchasing our coffee machine. Joshua clearly understood our requirement and taste. His expertise in the world of coffee was very evident. The coffee that he served to us was better than even the barista made coffee from our local cafe. We are very excited to start using our new machine for the daily dose of coffee. Joshua is very calm, patient and polite, we are glad to have met him today and excited to start our coffee journey with Vurtuo Next!

To the "manager" of the Nespresso shop at George Street Chris thank you for the non existent customer service you provided me and my family on Sunday. The way you dodged us even with eye contact was impeccable and serving other customers that just came in when we have been waiting there not even asking if are being served. When I asked your position and your name when we finished our purchase with no help from you, don't act like you provided us customer service or even acknowledged that we were there.
