Staff are friendly and attentive. Every time I went to buy capsules every month, it was difficult because I wasn‘t good at English, but thanks to Austin detailed explained I was able to try a variety of capsules and finally found the coffee that suited my taste!

I was truly impressed by the service at the Nespresso store. The barista expertly guided me to enhance my coffee blends, and the opportunity to sample some outstanding coffees made the experience even more enjoyable.

I had a great time at this boutique. My server Patricia made a delicious coffee and did an amazing job answering all the questions I had about the coffee machine I bought and the pods that it uses. She was really helpful in deciding which plan I should go with and informative about other available benefits as a first time buyer. Would 100% recommend coming here if you want great service and tasty coffee!

Had the best experience buying my new Creatista Plus, with the guidance of the amazing sales assistant, Montura. She made it such a fun and welcoming experience for us - making my husband and I a coffee, and helping us pick our pods with such enthusiasm. I’m so impressed with my new machine and the service I received, that I came back today to buy the same machine for my mother-in-law. Thanks again, Montura!

I’ve been an Nespresso customer for a few decades, going right back to when we had to go to Thornleigh for our pods. Have always found the staff at Chatswood Boutique knowledgeable, efficient and very service focussed. Today’s visit was a stand out. Montura, who served me, was especially helpful. She provided me with a very useful tip when cleaning my machine I’d never heard before - go over the puncture spikes with a toothbrush before running through with the clean water.
She also encouraged me to try one of the new varieties I’d rejected due to the introductory email suggesting it was best with sugar. Loved it, so now have so many new varieties to enjoy.
And thank you Nespresso, for the lovely towel/throw gift for recycling. What a delightful surprise.

I am simply blown away by the help Nespressso offered today. My vertuo machine was down for some reason I went to the boutique and they were so welcoming and listened properly to my frustration. I am so impressed by the customer service from Farah and hailey (name spelling could be incorrect) but the service was A class. It’s been 2 years with nespresso and I am so looking forward to many more. Thank you so much for the questions we had today, I appreciate your help.

Allanah, Phoebe and Ana were amazing! They were knowledgeable and promptly helped me with my issue as well as pouring me the most amazing dolce vertuo I’ve ever had, and talked me through how to make a Nespresso properly!

Outstanding service by the manager on duty today at the Chatswood store. We had a small issue with pods. Not at all a Nespresso issue, it was our fault. He went WAY beyond anything I could have imagined to make sure we have an excellent experience with his store. Highly recommend this store
Its a pitty the customer service helpline were not at all helpful. Useless in fact. Still have issues with our account set up that has not been rectified by the online customer service centre, after 5 phone calls

Chatswood store team member Isha (not sure how to spell her name) provided the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. I used to shop in CBD Nespresso store before, but from now I would rather go to Chatswood. Advice provided was accurate, team member was attentive and went above and beyond to find the coffee I was looking for. Thank you!

I popped in to the Chatswood Nespresso store on Sat 29/1 to taste one of the summer iced capsules but disappointingly they weren’t doing that due to Covid.

I also had a wander around and went to the counter to ask a staff member about a pod holder. Imagine my surprise when she also told me about the cool little option of having it split open and magnetically attached to the fridge! This was a brilliant feature mentioned and is a big hit in our place so that was an immediate sale!

The same lady, Felicia, also had a chat to me about the iced coffee capsule that I wanted to try. I wasn’t convinced because I hate taking capsules home without trying them, I’ve wasted to far too many, but then she told me how I could top it up with ice and coconut water and a dash of milk and boy, was she right! I’m horrified to say I’m having at least two of those amazing ice coffees per day.

Suffice to say, by now she had at my trust and how I went from walking in to try a capsule, to walking out with seven or eight items later, including the rescaling kit, , I don’t know but I loved this girl! Her relaxed, easy and chatty approach with me was fantastic and I highly commend the store manager for clearly having an environment to let people like this shine and having such a fantastic staff member. I never write reviews, but just had to take the time to say what a wonderful experience we had at this store - all thanks to the lady who helped us, Alannah. My partner and I bought our first coffee machine on Saturday and came in looking for advice on pods. She made the experience so fun, personalising the flavours according to our likes. Thanks so much Alannah (sorry if I spelt your name wrong!)

The Nespresso people and company certainly don't want to lose any precious revenue while Covid is around. Go online to Click and Collect and you'll discover they're forcing you to buy more coffee than you might actually need.minimum of 5 sleeves and no way around it. I personally only wanted to purchase 2 sleeves. So I simply decided not to order, sorry. I can get my capsules from the supermarket and avoid your shoddy cons. Careful with your marketing strategies Nespresso, they might just backfire on you.

Great coffee, been a customer of years! Placed an order online yesterday with a promise of free 3 hour delivery - 30 hours later still no coffee delivered. Disappointing!
