Every time i have needed a part for my car I am like every person I will shop around and so many times other places will give me a price which is normally higher and not only that they have to order the part in and that takes bla bla bla.

NOT NEPEAN SPARES, they not only have the part they have it cheaper, so why look anywhere else plus they even have genuine parts and after market as well as cheaper options. ALL in the one store.

The staff are so helpful they know there stuff even for people with some knowledge these guys seem to help.

I have been buying parts for so long as i fix my own car and I am so happy that i get my parts from Nepean Spares.

This place is awesome it's like a Bunnings for car parts. If they don't have what you are looking for they can generally order it in within a couple of days.

Used these guys today, came in looking for a flasher unit (that Repco didn't have). I was told they would have the flasher unit in the shop in around 2 hours, I went back later and the guy that served me before already had the part in his hands I didn't even have to ask for it as he recognized me from my last trip. The shop is old school cool (which I like). I will definitely come back. So my little beast is closer to rego) Thanks to Nepean Spare Parts

They gave me the wrong part even after i have the part number. Spent over 4 hours driving to and from my place after realising it was the wrong part. Didn't even offer an apologize for all the time wasted or work out some sort of deal. This place is trash!

You need to be specific in what you want because they are quick to sell you any part that doesn't even fit so need to go back to exchange 3 times

Wonderful service. Saved me almost $400 by suggesting that the regulator on my cars alternator might need replacing (only $72) instead of the $455 for the entire part, very knowledgeable about Toyota's and even lent my cousin a screwdriver to allow him to replace the regulator at the shop. Car running good as new. Thank you for valuing customer service over profit.
