I bought a newJeep Compass from a different dealership a couple of years ago. It started to suffer from the wheel sensor problem that these cars are known for. Original dealership had closed down. Jeep themselves weren’t interested and suggested finding another local dealer.
NMG we’re the nearest so we went to them. Deb and the service crew were super helpful and easy to deal with. Made sure that Jeep honoured the warranty conditions. Car feels like brand new. Great effort, thanks very much.

This does not reflect on the salesperson he is doing his job but I saw a vehicle advertised arriving September I didn’t go hard enough on the deal I knew it was overpriced but when I saw why my head nearly exploded before you get to the contract stage ask why so overpriced it is because on the vehicle I’m waiting for they added $8200 dealer delivery I’ve never in my entire life of owing prestige vehicles brand new AMG C63S in 2017 and 2019 and this year a BMW M240i that this has occurred I’m absolutely disgusted as this, at another dealer this vehicle fully optioned is $77,990 DA Bill Buckle obviously doesn’t have exorbitant DD and I did ask to rescind 2 days later and 11 days later they were going to hold my deposit and the full 5% to get out of it, yesterday they had the audacity to phone me to ask for dealership add ons the overpriced cameras and Schmict, paint protection etc I was giggled at and I hung up they will not be getting another red cent for add ons I will wait and see when the car actually arrives what transpires …. Be warned

No Stars. Very bad experience with the sales representative for used car.
We expected to have a baby coming so decided to get a car. We liked a car and decided to go ahead. The sales rep pushed us into signing booking amount fast as he has "Other Appointments" with the customers.it was a mentally exhaustive experience dealing with them but we liked the car. Later, we booked in but changed our mind due to unwelcoming experience and the sales person was angry and forcing us to buy the car. We are the one who is loosing booking amount but he used terms in angry tone like, ""the moment you entered, I had a feeling", "wasted my time", "dishonest", " lost other clients because of you", " this will not end here (this made me feel threatened) ". He looked down on me and made mentally felt like we are poor and he should have thrown us out of the showroom.

I will never ever either recommend going to the used car sales, nor will ever be going used car sales myself ever. This was unethical, very threatening experience and mentally troubling. The customer is losing the money, he does not need threats.

Tylor Weber is by far one of the easiest most helpful and knowledgeable person with a great passion for the car industry. He understood exactly what i was looking for as soon as we sat down. Fantastic service! Team there care about the customers they have sold a car to as had a little issue with car we bought and sorted! Shuttle bus too for service and friendly staff. They back up any car they sell so def buy from these guys!

Appalling. Refused to honour our warranty when misaligned panels on a brand new Skoda rubbed against each other and rusted.

The customer relations manager (Jared) was very difficult to get a response from and said that we needed to go to Skoda Australia. (I believe Australian consumer law says that the retailer needs to deal with warranties on the customer’s behalf).

Whether to purchase vw toureg oil sump nut and washer. Justin was helping a customer prior to me. The parts he was after was no longer ger sold as individual but bundle. Customer needed on the spot but he set correct expectations of order coming from Melbourne n delays due to public holiday. He went on advising alternate options. I really admire Justin's customer service and not to mention he delivered excellent.see Justin in spare parts.
