Seen first hand how this business lies. Seeing as though my sister can't reply to your unprofessional reply. It was your receptionist who was the rude one and also blatantly lied to cover her tracks in public. She specifically told us that you were closing early that day and we wouldn't be able to pick up our order. After we posted the bad review for the customer service, they then decided to ring and try to rectify the problem, only because they had been caught out. Poor service and these people are liars.
Dissapointed because I like the staff here every time I come in they’re friendly and helpful. I had my coffee machine installed today so I was in desperate need of mugs. Neapean hospitality closes at 4: 45. I rang them prior and was on the phone telling them my order and they were happy to help. I told them my husband is five minutes away and it was fine because it was only 4: 30. Just as my husband was 2 minutes away, the lady told me “unfortunately we’ve closed our doors early”. I asked if they could just wait because he was literally on the street and they said no and if I could pick up Monday instead. I don’t mind if businesses close early at all. The problem I had was everything was going fine and out of nowhere they closed early knowing my husband was only 2 minutes away to pick up the mugs. I’ve spent a great amount of money here for my business and I won’t anymore. This just left too bad of a taste in my mouth.
I purchased crockery from Nepean as a gift. When the gift was opened (outside of the 3 day warranty period) one of the large bowls had been broken in transit/packaging. Nepeans response is that the breakage is my responsibility, even though it had never been opened. Buyer beware.
I have been dealing with Nepean Hospitality for many years now and I will never go anywhere else.

Dean Large and his staff are extremely unprofessional and rude. I got violently sick from the unhygienic food preparation. They have no standards and are not COVID-19 safe. *** Do not use***
Rarely have anything in stock. Last visit the own (i believe) told me to move my truck as i was blocking access.mind you cars could pass and there was parking infront and behind. After exchanging words the owner tells me to get out rudely and buy else where. Thank you.i have and their much more friendly.
Honestly what can I say, one of the nicest people I've ever encountered. Family businesses are the best businesses and Nepean Hospitality is truly an example of that. Shout out to Dean and the Crew, see you guys soon!
Rude aggressive staff. Had to visit these guys about some stainless steel shelving today, and noticed there was an auto parts store next door. I had been meaning to find a couple of interior trim pieces for my car and decided I'd pop in there first to see if they had them. I parked near the other cars out the front of Nepean Hospitality and walked into the auto store first to see if they had what I was after, then when approaching Nepean Hospitality a staff member (likely the owner) standing out the front of the building shouted at me for parking there, and threatened that he'd photographed my plates and sent them to the council for infringement.
I was sort of just shocked this was happening, and so turned around and got in my car and left without saying anything. I didn't feel the need to justify myself to this person, nor did I desire to go through with shopping with them after this.
