Good customer service and have experience from hair cutting, stylish and coloring. Even my son could get a hair cut nicely. Prices affordable too. Good hair straightening.

This hair salon is so unbelievably gross. Someone went there to get a trim and was met by rude staff and unprofessional attitude. Don't go here if you have bleached hair as they are not trained in that field. Unbelievable rude staff!

2nd time here. My hair is not the best esp.after giving birth to 2 babies in 3 years. But Neo and team are very nice and they will do their best effort to do the job, make you feel comfortable and not push you beyond budget.

Oh my god, I don't even know where to begin. Neo and his wife are so amazing. Straight away they make you feel comfortable. I was a bit nervous about changing hairdresser. They took their time and were such a perfectionist. I came in at 2.30 PM and finished at 8.30 PM. I am so grateful that I was able to find a good damn hairdresser and will always go there from now on

Update 30.10.22: I went in a 2nd time. 2 weeks later.my hair is falling out. I have had balayage before, showed him the pictures. And he went and destroyed my hair. Bleach my whole head. 3 times, without olaplex. Every time I wash my hair, it's stringy.he says he must make customer happy. He doesn't believe in multiple visits for hair to gradually gets lighter.and now my hair is burned off. I am so upset, and I cry everytime I wash my hair. $500 for me to loose my hair. I told them to not touch my roots.no more. 22 years of experience. Trusted and now I must suffer for next few years.

Neo and Angela are amazing. Angela washes my hair with gentle care every time I go there to the point where I almost fall asleep. Neo is great with recommending hair styles and he will be very honest and upfront with what will look good on you and what won't. He also triple checked to make sure that I liked the length before cutting it since I went from medium-long hair to a short bob cut. It was a surprise to see myself in the mirror but I loved the cut and how he took care to attention with my growing bangs and how he styled it in the end! 100% best salon I've been to!

Neo is an amazing stylist who knows exactly what you want more than you know yourself. He is very talented, easy to talk to and his pricing is more than reasonable. He always stays as long as it takes often after closing time to finish your hair. Would highly recommend!

The best place to go in Sydney! Neo put so much effort into making my hair look perfect. He gave me recommendations on what would look good and did a really good cut. They stayed back after closing and were so patient with curling my long and thick hair. I’m always nervous about trying new places but I really loved my whole experience here and definitely be only going to them from now on. They’re so genuine and offer the best service for a great price too.
