This company was recommended by a friend and thought I'd give it a try! A gentleman named Jack constantly called my partner (and me for some reason) constantly being insistent on confirming and setting up an appointment. After finally agreeing to a first appointment with my partner's son, I called the man known as Jack and asked how much the initial meeting would cost, as my partner's English is not his first language.

During the call I was advised that the payment would be like any other visitation (US$ 85 an hour) and I agreed and ended the call. On the day of the visit, he rudely showed up at my house with two other people he claimed were “essentials” and continued to walk around my house in muddy shoes with his colleagues. After a 40 minute discussion my partner said it was too expensive and the prices weren't much cheaper than seeing a proper (and qualified) therapist as everyone who works for this company is in no way or form a professional in this field and are only trained roughly and quickly in the areas that people need.

He was accompanied by a woman he claims was a nurse (it may have been his neighbor as she wore no identification badge and did not show any of her qualifications to my partner. The attendant he recommended and who also accompanied Jack (who by for some reason we had to pay his toll and travel time lol) I let my partner know that part of the program was to take the kids to the park alone! (Creepy much)

After kindly reviewing our options with a suitable qualified therapist, we contacted Jack and kindly told him that we would politely decline his services as they were far from affordable. He then passively and aggressively emailed me expressing his frustration with our decision to still try to stop me from getting help through a suitable therapist. He then sent us an invoice for $350 for the 40 info sessions he gave us and said we had three business days to pay.

Do not use the folks at this company as they are dodgy and have a lot of hidden fees that you won't know about until you get your bill. It's better to pay a little more (not much more) and have a professional take care of your child's needs than to be paying fuel, tolls, lunch and other ridiculous charges from random people that were meant to be normal weekly charges.
