NDIS Hero Cleaning Services reviews
7I phoned NDIS Hero Cleaning Service on Monday to ask about wheelchair cleaning. The phone was answered with an abrupt 'hello', with no other introduction and I had to ask if I had contacted NDIS Heros to make sure I had dialled the correct number. I then asked about the wheelchair cleaning service and the lady told me that this is not a service offered. I said I could see it on the website. So she took my number and said she would ring me back. I'm still waiting for the return call 2 days later.
I was told about ndis hero from my friend and wanted to try for myself. Upon calling up I was treated by the owner himself and he kindly guided me on how I can get started based on my ndis plan. Ndis hero then inspected the house and shortly after started the cleaning services. They were amazing, treated my family with respect and got the job done perfect. Highly recommend ndis hero ️

Finally a care provider that actually understands the needs of the disabled. Most cleaning companies I've worked with do not have the care and sensitivity, I can gladly say NDIS hero can deliver not only care but fantastic cleaning services. This comes rare, I will be using NDIS hero as my weekly cleaners.
The team at NDIS hero was great the cleaned my house perfectly and understand how to work with the disability. It was a pleasant experience and the team treated us very nicely and got the job done. I will be continue using ndis hero:)
