We recently bought an investment property with a Financial Advisor and used their lender, despite being clients of Navigator for years. When you deal with someone who isn't Navigator you realize why you deal with Navigator. We got Caralyn to refinance the loan for us, as usual we received the outcome we had sought and were told we would get. Despite the original lenders making things difficult and despite my "systems" making things difficult, Caralyn and Michael just fixes any problems with a minimum of fuss and a joke or 2 along the way as well.
