Kath has not only helped me with nutrition and weightloss she has also helped my 7 year old son. By testing him for food intolerences, she discovered that eggs were the cause of his problems with his digestion. He is now feeling alot better and his body is functioning the way it should.

The last 12 months for me have been full of stress for which my GP could only recommend antidepressants. A friend suggested that before I went down that road I make an appointment to see Kath. I was reluctant at first given my families Western medical background but decided to see her and I’m so thankful I did. That was a couple of months ago and Im now definitely on the road to recovery, sleeping better and full of energy that I haven’t felt for months.
