Their products are extremely expensive. I bought some stuff in America, and when I compared the stuff that I bought from them, the postage price and the product price were much better than buying from them.

I ordered a product online and within 4 days I was refunded the money without an explanation. Later on I found the same product is still available but they had increased the cost…breaching consumer laws and they have not responses to my enquiry.

Shop has so many products, it’s a shame about the customer service. Every time I go in here I’m very glad I already know what I want because the staff do not offer any help whatsoever. I went here the other day and the lady at the front was having a laugh with different customers but as soon as they left and I was served, her smile completely dropped and she didn’t say a word to me. They definitely pick and choose who ‘deserves’ good customer service and I will be going to Parramatta from now on, much more organised and friendly staff.

These girls know what they're talking about. With hair that's more wavy than it is curly, they were able to recommend several appropriate products that wouldn't weigh my hair down. Thank you!

Worst customer service experience I ever had, no engagement with customer, no understanding of customer needs, no understanding of product they are selling, very rude in talking, owner should consider changing the staff as I don't the the girls working there today was good enough, I would never visit this place again in the future.

Best place to purchase beauty products at good prices. Amber the store attendant is very nice and friendly has good customer skill and takes time to help customers. I highly recommend this store.

I was happy to find many items for my hair and skin type. The shop is great but the lady who was there today was rude and carried such negative energy, she made no efforts to hide the fact that she was being inconveniened when customers asked for her help in unlocking hair pieces. I resorted to googling information to avoid 'disturbing' her. Wouldn't leave her as custodian of my shop. Such a pity!

They need to review their policies on return to at least exchange. For example, if you mistakenly grabbed any item and pay for it, then you realised that was the wrong item or product, there's no exchanges once you walkout of their, plus there product and item are very expensive.

Amber is the best, knows her products and knows all types of curly hair which was truly valuable! I highly recommend this amazing service and all products.thank you doll ️

When I go the service is great and the girls are lovely, when my father goes to pick up products on my behalf, the staff are rude, unhelpful, and often accidentally charge him more than what is required. I am mixed. Great to have a shop that is run by Africans for African's though

Absolute poor quality products and services! They don't even deserve the 1 star. My sister purchased hair extensions from the shop in Blacktown around 4pm on the 15th of August, 2020. Once she opened them the same day when she got home, she found the hair thickness and quality was inconsistent with lots of empty patches/thinning and poor stitching near the clips. She called the shop immediately the same day and the girl who sold her them told her to bring them in so she could see it the next day as they were closing. My sister went in and found the owner as well as the sales girl already fully refusing to discuss the issue and refused to exchange or refund the product. The customer service afterwards was absolutely disgusting with the owner, Moussa, refusing to refund/exchange or discuss the situation with us on his basis being that they did not offer any returns during COVID and threatened to call the police on us if we didnt leave the store. We have already reported to Fair Trading NSW as we have been treated as if they are above the law. It is also on their website that they offer refund or exchange within 14 days but me and my sister went back the next day and back again in the same week and they completely disregarded it. Trust me, do not buy from these people! They are a RIP off.

Poor customer service. I bought a lipstick from the brand Nanacoco close to the checkout counter. I had an awful reaction - huge itchy and painful pimple on my upper lip the first time wearing it. I immediately tried to reach the company, didn't get any answer. A friend of mine went to the store to get their phone number, I contacted them to discuss their return policy. Nothing was offered. No refund, nor exchange, nor store credit. I do wear makeup quite often, and never in my whole life have I had such a reaction. Very disappointing. When you go to Mecca's, Sephora or priceline, the situation wouldn't be handled this way.
