DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered 6 Janet Collection Essentials WATER WAVE Crochet Braid on the 17th of November, they arrived on the 22nd of November. As soon as I opened the post bag I sent them two messages explaining that the hair I received wasn’t as described, and I wanted to return it for a refund, they never responded! I then followed up with them again twice on the 23rd of November, and again nobody responded! Today is the 29th of November and I still haven’t gotten one response from them. They have completely ghosted me, their customer service is beyond disgusting! By law in Australia if a product isn’t as described by the merchant, a customer is entitled to a refund, yet they won’t even reply to a email. BUYER BEWARE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I have now opened a case against them with consumer affairs.

This shop sells fake makari beware. All fake don't buy, they are also on Amazon. Just check the supply on Amazon when you order.

I used to buy original makari products from this shop and now they are selling fake ones. I applied the products and after 3 days I noticed I was getting darker but I continue applying them cos I usually get my cream from him, and after a week it got worse so I stopped using them. Luckily for my I still have the old makari containers so I quickly compared the two and to my greatest surprise the bottles are different.

Mr please we are still paying for the original makari so don’t sell fake products that will make returning customers like us run away from your shop.

They sell products for specifically curly hair, have a huge range, well priced and in stock.
I accidentally ordered the wrong product, contacted them by email and they were easily able to swap it for me.
Postage was very quick and efficient.
Can’t wait to use them again.

I went here after being recommended by another hair salon. My goodness, they have soooo much variety you cannot find aNywhere else, the ladies there are so helpful and so very friendly, will always recommend the best products for your hair.

My daughter has fine hair that is frizzy. I wanted to use a relaxer and was nervous to do so.
The lady was very helpful in recommending an appropriate relaxer and my daughters hair is now straight and shiny and much more manageable. $15 instead of a $200+ salon visit!
