Always come here to buy braiding hair and today 16th of November, the new receptionist charged me more than usual for something I’ve bought a week ago so I remember the price.
This stores sells good quality products and wig that appears like your natural hair and give the feel of it as well. They also gives advice on how to handle and give you the option of washing and heating just like your natural hair. Which helps the wigs last years to come. I am really happy with the customer service and they excellent product the sells. A legitimate business
Poor quality products. Staff will outright lie to you about what you can do with the hair extensions. Owner will then deny all responsibility and say that you should have known even after explicitly asking the staff and being told outright lies. Avoid using this place unless you want to waste your money.
Great customer service from timmy, she was so helpful. Will definitely be back in the future, my money was well spent today!
The girl who helped us was awesome! My partner and I left with two great quality synthetic wigs and had a great night out wearing them.
I usually buy from the Blacktown store however due to logistics it was easier to buy from the Newtown branch. The lady initially sold me the wrong product (I should have checked before I left). I contacted the lady and she was happy for me to return the product and get the right one. However, the product had gone down in price (Black Friday) and she wouldn't apply the discount because I made a purchase the day before. I spent $300 the day before, come on. Disappointed, I spend so much in this store.
Best products and service! Ben was an angel today, customer service 10/10, he’s very accommodating & kind. The manager in charge was attentive and kind, would definitely be coming back, this is definitely the best branch!

Been twice and felt really welcomed by the employees both times. They're really helpful! I don't know about these negative reviews. Yes they're more expensive than online but in a pinch, their pricing is still very competitive. You pay for the convenience of being able to walk in and get some help.
Extremely rude owners-Both wife and husband.
They sold to me already damaged makari cream. It must have been in their store for months to years
I bought a few Makari product including body lotion and soap. The facial cream on the other hand was leaking from the bottom and the card packaging already strained, soft and macerated.
I took it back to the store after about a week after thinking that this is an obvious mistake, they shouldn't sell a product like this in the first place. I was so wrong!
The owners were so defensive and rude over a cream of $25 after I have bought over $130 worth of goods from their store.
In summary, I won't go there again. And I will not recommend. They don't care about their customers, all they care about is their money.

The wig quality just isn’t worth the price. The store has a glaring double standard where they sell you the display wigs that people have tried on for full price, but don’t accept refunds or exchanges.
I regret each wig I’ve purchased from here and won’t be returning. You’re better off shopping online.
Made the mistake of thinking different location might be a better experience but nope same rude service, tense atmosphere, lack of care with storing wigs and huge mark ups compared to online prices. Would not recommend at all, better off walking around natural or even bald headed than ever go inside this horrible business.
Ignore all the negative reviews obviously some competitors not something.
I'm local to this place and can confirm that they have excellent products. Their customer service is also exceptional along with very knowledgeable.

I have had the worst experience with Natures Hair Newtown as i have spent $450 on a "human" hair wig, and in a time frame of 2 weeks i had to get the wig uninstalled from my head as it matted and dread-locked to a point of no return.
I spent so much time trying to look after the hair in the first week as after 3 days i couldn't wear it down without it matting within minutes, then after going for a swim once the hair was unfix-able.
I am never one to complain and leave reviews however i have been using full head weaves / wig installations for years and this has never ever happened to me before with ANY previous extension.
Don't waste your money here buying so called "human" hair as the durability is closer to the standard of horse hair.
After speaking with owner of the company i was told it was own fault and he was not even prepared to give me a store credit, i will never ever buy as much as a hair brush from this company again - Images attached below.
I spent over $500 one day at the salon and was served by a lovely women. Unfortunately, she had suggested and sold me a protein treatment that has a specific 1-2- step (Apogee hair). They were out on the 2nd step (Balancing step) which was a crucial part of the treatment. So I realised that the next day when I was reading through everything, so I call the next day and speak to the owner. WOW. He was so rude and unprofessional. He explained that they have a "no return policy" which I wasn't even aware of. I try to explain to him that I WAS SOLD THE WRONG PRODUCT and that I'd appreciate to have the matter fixed since it wasn't to my knowledge. He proceeds to tell me "you can't make false accusations about my employees". What? So, he is insinuating his shop 'assistant' is a mannequin? What is her purpose as a shop ASSISTANT? If it wasn't to assist me in the products. She made a mistake. He was too arrogant and unreasonable over $20. I spend a lot of money there.he has lost business from me. I'll be buying online from now on.
Love the clean and orderly presentation of the store. Really friendly and not pushy service. Would definitely go back and tell my friends about this shop.
