Nature's Energy Day Spa & Bath House - Glebe

Love this spa/bathhouse, been twice and both have been lovely and deeply relaxing. I do wish they would have a bit more calming music than the repetitive electronic style but it's not too noticeable when in the saunas

This was a beautiful experience. The bathhouse facilities are lovely and I was surprised as how large the bathhouse extended. I did an hour session and used the infrared sauna, Finnish sauna, steam room, spa and ice plunge. This was very relaxing and I would highly recommend.

Fantastic bathhouse and massage spa. The bathhouse is amazing. They have everything you're looking for- sauna, hot room, steam room, hot tub, cold plunge, and full locker room. The locker room has showers and lockers to put your things on.

Massage was great! Very relaxing. I definitely recommend the splurge- it's worth every penny.

4 stars because they hose you down on lotion even when you say to be easy on lube and they didn't accommodate the couples massage I booked well in advance; I received an email an hour before that they overbooked

Do yourself a favor and go see Sierra for a massage! She provides a very tailored experience and always knows how to work out aches and pains.

I had the 2.5hr Journey of Tranquility. It was a wonderful sensual experience, ultimate relaxation, my skin, my body, my soul feels rejuvinated. I especially loved the body scrub and facial. Will be revisiting Nature's Energy again and again.

I remember Natures Energy when it had first started-it was simple, true to what it stood for & a place to find some space & solace in a busy city.but it has become a cooperation now & it's becoming very unpleasant to go to. Firstly, they've outsourced reception & bookings overseas. Second, you HAVE to give your credit card details to get a remedial massage appointment; othetwise you can't. In the spirit of how it was founded; service was at its core.not anymore. It definitely feels business oriented now. The practitioners are ok enough; but it's lost it's innocence & SO unpleasant to book over the phone. Sorry; but it needs to be said.care & service need to grounded in the stuff our grandparents understood.not cooperate b.s. Thanks to all the receptionists& practitioners who were helpful, kind & friendly over the years. I'll pass on the overseas, cost cutting, need to hand over credit card details to get booked scenario; thanks. That's it for me.

The new Glebe Dayspa is excellent. Always wonderful staff and always great treatments. Have been going to Balmain and Glebe for years and I’ve never been disappointed. Thanks team!

Julia is the most knowledgeable, skilled and kind massage therapist. I always feel more relaxed and reduced pain levels after seeing her.

I had my second Reiki session today at Nature’s energy in Glebe. This time with a different healer ‘Kaitie Jayne’!
The first healer was great as well! She stayed overtime and did an awesome Tarot reading for me! Each healer has their own technique which I love!
Today, Kaitie Jayne’s felt like pure bliss.
Working with crystals, candles, orchestral + spiritual music, and mood lighting, this experience was everything I wanted it to be and more!
I felt like I was in absolute heaven. Her energy was so comforting and healing, her voice was so sweet, calming and soft and this was only a 30 minute session (which went much over)!
I never once felt rushed, quite the opposite actually…I can’t wait for a longer session next time!
Would HIGHLY recommend!

The bath-house and change rooms are clean which are very appreciated. Also grateful for plenty of towels. Loved the smell of the steam today.

Would have loved to used this place for a Hen’s (if only we didn’t move places). I do think it’s suitable.

The atmospere there is unreal, very relaxing place.me and my partner were there for 2 full body and foots massage this week and we were happy for the overall experience, but something didnt go exaclty as expected on my food massage and i left not 100% sathisfied.but they have a very efficent customer service (that i like to thank) they have immediatelly reached out to check and discuss my experience, they have been very nice.i cant wait to be back.

Katie Jayne is a beautiful and gentle soul that will guide you on your journey in a safe and calm place. I would highly recommend booking a session with Katie if you are in need of some extra help, support and nurturing. She is a very gifted and skilled healer. I have personally found her reiki to be powerful to release, unblock, ground, balance and empower myself.

I had the most amazing massage done by Catalina, it was so relaxing but also targeting some nodes on my neck and back, it was a full body massage. I recommend 100% getting it done by her, she understands what you want and what your body needs, plus nature’s energy is located in a very good place and the boutique is so beautiful

The bathhouse is amazing, loved the environment and the skin care products provided. I felt rejuvenated and super relaxed after the 1hr bh experience. Definitely worth trying!

I did the sauna/steam room/spa experience because I wanted to relax. Unfortunately there were 2 guys that were talking really loud and, even if it's not the property fault, I think it would have been a good thing if they went to say something to the 2 guys. Unfortunately this episode ruin the relaxing hour I wanted to have. I think they could also put another bench in the male change room because with 2 people it's already too full. Not the best experience

Beautiful shop and spa area. Gorgeous, peaceful surroundings. The staff are lovely and the service menu is extensive. Worth a visit!

I had the best facial I’ve ever had here (and I’ve had a lot!) the skin illuminating facial was so thorough and the lovely malva did an amazing job! Malva had a lot of knowledge and I don’t think I’ve ever felt so relaxed! Thank you x

Lovely staff, spa area is a little dark but spa, steam room and sauna were great to the daily Sydney grind.

I got a wonderful massage from Lulu and can highly recommend, she has such a deep knowledge of the body and muscles and relived so much tension and pain. It was the best massage I have had in a long time.

Felt super supported and atmosphere from all staff was really wonderful.
