Nothing but praise for Deb and Abe for their recent assistance in the purchase of our new flooring. Their service was exceptional. Honesty on product and price. And how they have stored our product in the warehouse whilst we dealt with a sudden family illness, our deepest thank you.

Due to recent flooding of a commercial property I own in a small country town I went into the Wagga Wagga Naturally Floored shop and from the time I entered until the laying of the carpet tiles was finished the help, support and customer service I received was unbelievable. The staff went above and beyond 100% to assist me to get my clients back into the premises in record time. They pulled out all stops to make it happen and nothing was too much trouble. It certainly had its problems I must say, but Debbie and Tony were standouts and I cannot thank them enough. I would certainly recommend the Wagga Wagga Naturally Floored business to anyone. Debbie and her team were absolutely fabulous. They were very patient with all our questions and decision making and answered every time we called and replied in a timely manner. They went to great lengths to help us get the solution we needed as it was not a straight forward job. The floor is now installed an I am absolutely in love with my new floor. If you are looking for a flooring solution I would strongly recommend these guys as they deliver a professional and quality job.

What a pleasure to find such a lovely business woman like Debbie, no fuss, no big hard sell, said what I wanted, took me all of about 10 mins to descide. Book the job a phone call to confirm. The really lovely, hard working Guys came on time, did an excellent job plus a few little extras. These guys are a credit to themselves and having a really good boss really shows.

I would like to say a hugh "Thank you" to all of the staff at Naturally Floored in Copland Street, Wagga. They installed some new vinyl into our Reception and it looks amaziing! The trades people were on time and on task. They did a terrific job. The quality of the product and the finished result of the installation was very professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for vinyl or other flooring installations. From the first experience I had with Naturally Floored with supplying carpet and having it layed in our new home to the vinyl at our work place they have been so easy to deal with. Over the months it took for us to choose and order tiles for three bathrooms, Cherise and the team at Naturally Floored could not have been more helpful. They were always friendly, welcoming and keen to be of service. There was never any pressure on us to make decisions or pay a deposit until we were ready. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS STORE!
After a staff error when receiving a quote, we were advised at the time of install that we would be up for an additional $1000
At the time of quote, to say that you were 99% sure what was under the tiles and to reassure us that regardless, you could still do the job within our budget & then to turn around on the day of install & say, "how were you to know". Its your job to know! An additional $1000 is a joke & you should wear that cost for not doing your job, not us wear the cost for trusting that you knew what you were talking about. NOT GOOD ENOUGH

I will never use this business again. After having a job booked months ahead and knowing all the details. They have severely inconvenienced a pensioner right before Christmas. Leaving a job incomplete which now they say they had no intention of ever doing?
I only used this firm to match good used carpet which I already had which was inspected and deemed suitable prior to install and I have a quotation for the installation of the same.
I can only conclude that this firm does not place any value on future referrals or future purchases by satisfied customers.
It will be a pleasure NOT to ever deal with them again!

Very helpful staff, they kept in touch really well, very prompt measure and quote, quality installation. Overall I'm very happy with the carpet we bought and will be coming back.

Good that they could install our carpets at short notice and sales staff are responsive, but disappointing that they didn’t clean up after themselves, so now we have to rush and vacuum and tidy the floors in time for real estate photos. Added stress we didn’t need: (
