I really love this store and wonderfull staff. The Lady Deb is really knowledgable, kind and she knows about health and care and abou all products in there a lot. I love to find a way and place where I can go for natural, high quality treatment and recommendation. You can feel the health and friendly vibe already from outside. Nice herbal atmosphere, smell and lovely books in window. There is no pressure to buy anything and it is like it supposed to be.healingfull, helpfull, nice, honest service to others.

Worst customer service ever. If you try to ask a simple question about the same products but a different brand, they will hand you a card with the neuropath number! They have been there for ages and can’t help you wow, sad

I love this shop. They have everything I need and at a great price compared with other wellness shops. They have an awesome rewards system too. I live north of the bridge so postage is always fast and efficient. When I do pop into store the girls are always helpful and friendly. On top of that being a medical person I totally trust Deb's research 100%. I know I'm getting the best of the best in every supplement I purchase. I love this place. It's my go to for all my vitamins and supplements. Deb is like a walking encyclopaedia when it comes to everything health and nutrition related. She curates everything in the shop and researches all the products. I love this because it means I can be lazy and just ask Deb, Georgia or the other trained staff what products I need for my various maladies and to keep wining the war with gravity. Totally recommend!

The staff are always helpful and friendly and professional.
The makeups and body care products are always organic and well sourced and of impeccable quality as well and the jewellery is gorgeous.

A lady at the counter, you could just tell the look on her face, she is not very welcoming I thought she was racist but by reading the comments I dont think she is, its just her personality. I was trying to look at one of the bottle to see the ingredients concentration, she just said "to be honest, thats not much to look at and she still holding on the bottle". I have visited many natural herbal or yoga places, most of them are generally friendly coming from within. I would say stay away and better get on iherb to purchase. Disappointing customer services.

But need to mention the other young lady is cheerful and make people feel warm welcoming
