Natural Lighting installed a Velux skylight in my home. Without a doubt, the best trades I’ve ever had in my house, from the initial inspection and quote to installation and finishing up.

Natural Lighting came out to discuss my lighting issues, and showed me two models that looked like they would fit in well in my home and match the style of the house. I went with the Keylite roof window, and it was installed and finished two weeks later.
I was very impressed with their product knowledge and professional approach to finding a solution that best suited my home, and the guys doing the installation were fast, considerate and cleaned up afterwards!
All up, a great experience, and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Russell West is your quintessential trades person with an eye to detail and a man with years of trade experience, who cares for his work and the customer. My new skylights have been beautifully fitted and the associated work Russell did in ensuring they fitted into the existing ceilings was magnificent. He was able to also remove older skylights and ensure the integrity of the roof and the surrounds. Highly recommended.

Requested a quote and had a sub-contractor (Russell) inspect. He gave a quote and then we asked for a revision of our plans and that was fine. We had a call and finalised everything.

Then it all went silent with no updated quote. The business phones and wants to send out someone else to quote.

They claimed not be aware of the first quote. Jamie turns up late and not bothering to advise he was running late. Says he will comeback with a quote. A missed call from Jamie the next day and no message. I follow up and they advise they can’t do the work.

Which is all fine except they had quoted they could do the work.

In the end a complete lack of professionalism by the business. Wasted everyone’s time I the end.
