The main problem with this place is that their warehouse/cutting people can't count. That resulted in the wrong size rug first, and then the wrong size second piece of underlay. Plus another problem with the underlay. This is very disruptive if it's a large rug involving furniture moving, so I suggest you do everything you can to ensure the size of both rug and underlay has been signed off by a senior person prior to them wrapping it up. They seem to be used to mistakes - very good about swapping. Although I assume that's partly why the product is so expensive. Their installers are professional.
