Virginia was a fantastic support and educator during my pregnancy and with my postpartum care. Both Sam and I are very grateful for the tools Virginia shared with us to support a natural positive birth with our baby girl. Would recommend Virginia to anyone in the shire region!

I cannot recommend Virginia highly enough as a Doula. I was provided with an amazing and supportive service. She is a wealth of knowledge regarding women's health and it doesn’t just stop at the birth. I felt so supported as a first time mum during those first couple of weeks after. I’m not sure how I would have done it all without her. Her presence is calming and kind, and she captures the most beautiful photos. I feel very lucky to have found her!

Virginia was a great support as a doula throughout my pregnancy, birth, postpartum. She is very knowledgable in many areas of health. Her in home sessions were fun and informative. Which help us to feel more confident about birth. Although birth didn’t go to plan she still made it very special for us. I really loved mother blessing ceremony which Virginia facilitated for me I highly recommend all her services, she is amazing

I had an amazing Birth Trauma Release session with Virginia. It was such a powerful experience that I would recommend this for anyone who is suffering from past traumas. Virginia was very sensitive about my situation and made me feel comfortable enough that I could open up to her about more past traumas that I had faced. The environment she set up was perfect for me and made me feel safe and complete.

I found Virginia through Google whilst searching for a doula for my first pregnancy. When browsing through her site – everything stood out for me! Knowing she was a herbalist and a vegan, made me feel that we would get along so well and would be perfect in supporting me. And Virginia did not disappoint. She was extremely supportive throughout my pregnancy and homebirth. When my homebirth midwife decided to withdraw her care a few months before birth, I decided on freebirth - Virginia did not leave my side and took on her first freebirth. I am so forever grateful as she upheld her Duty of care for me and did not abandoned me.

Virginias’ in-home sessions were loads of fun and educational, it provided me and my partner with lots of knowledge on how to prepare for birth and she also has a great collection of books!

Virginia also helped creating me a herbal tincture to help manage my condition which worked like a treat. I had a beautiful waterbirth at home with my family and Virginia. It was such a magical and wild experience birthing baby and I could not thank Virginia enough for all the support. Virginia also kept in touch post-partum and they were great – the “Closing of the bones” ceremony was beautiful.

Virginia is reliant, compassionate, caring, supportive, funny and totally awesome – we got along like a house on fire. In other words, she is a KICKASS DOULA, she is full of love and warmth and you would be crazy not to have her by your side! I bought a large jar of The Natural Beginnings Internal Healing Cream a while after I had injured my right knee quite badly. I had tried numerous products to try and ease the pain but without much success until I discovered Natural Beginnings. The cream was amazing, my knee healed and I was able to once again do some of the yoga exercises that I had not been able to manage while my knee had been so painful. So happy with this product that I have just bought more to use on any muscle aches and pains when they happen and also bought the External Healing Cream for any skin injuries or rashes.
Virginia is lovely to deal with, and the delivery of my order was super fast.

I found Virginia through Facebook groups early on in my pregnancy with #bub 2. Virginia worked with me on the preparation for my VBAC which with her help turned around into a dream HBAC! Virginia was instrumental in setting me up for success with her work. She empowered me in so many ways including her work helping me process my first birth - she was a huge confidence boost. I loved having Virginia visit me at home and prepare for birth as well as after bub arrived. She worked to include my 5 year old son too. She supported me on the big day when labour kicked off, guided hubby, partnered with my private midwife and assisted bring bub earthside. I am forever grateful for her. She's full of experience, warmth, humour and love. World's best doula!

I went to see Virginia to receive help processing a traumatic birth. The technique she used really allowed me release the tension I was holding in my body, particularly in my womb and I have continued to feel lighter and relaxed since my treatment. During the session I was able to release a lot of built up emotions, make peace with the experience I had and integrate the many lessons it taught me. Virginia made me feel comfortable and also really validated my feelings around my birth experience. I highly recommend Virginia to anyone who has lingering tension or trauma after birthing.
