I had my TIG welder serviced there yesterday. Great service and exceptional product knowledge, and a large selection of innovative and useful products. Would definitely recommend.

Very impressed with the knowledge that was passed on to me and the amount of patience shown with my dumb questions. With the huge amount of stock on site, I was like a child in an ice cream store. Will definitely be back again.

Very happy with the product I purchased recently. It's only early days but it covers all occasions for me. The promax 650 is a little heavy but I like the screens clarity. Delivery was as specified.

I have been dealing with National Welding for over 6 years. Their responses consistently surprise me with the consistent ability to sort out my issues easily and without drama. Frank has a valuable wealth of knowledge / know how and few will come near him! Although I have been fabricating for over 40 years he regularly contributes to to solving existing equipment questions, and helps me as I develop new products and use better processes. You wont find dedication like this at any chain of retailers of welding equipment. Check this business out.

I have been using the team here for along time now they always give me the rigth advice for my situation and allways a pleasure to work with can't thank the team and the man himself enough

5 day delivery was quoted and the welder took about 2 months to arrive. This caused me much embarrassment due to 2 missed deadlines.

Staff were polite in emails but careless about delivering on time. No apology was given just business as usual it seems.

I wouldn't say don't do business with them, but if you have other options I'd recommend you use them.

Update: The staff have been working hard to expedite the matter and have been respectful. I have adjusted the score from 3 to 4 accordingly.

I needed advice on the right machine and gear. Frank was amazing and took time to walk me through all the options. All the team are knowledgeable and the price is right. Very happy with the welder and plasma cutter and the team were all super helpful. I wont use anyone else.

I rang up looking for recommendations for the size of cable needed for our welder and the first person I spoke to was very knowledgable and pointed me the right direction. For a very small fee, they'll assemble the cables for you too which is absolutely worth the money. They did a great job and were fast to dispatch the new leads. Thanks!

Plenty of welding gear and tools for the trade, spare parts and consumables. Open saturdays so traffic is light. Knowledgable staff.
