We have had storage here for 3 years and always great service. Tonight was exceptional. When our access code didn’t work late tonight, and our suitcases were inside the store, and we have a 6am flight, we thought we were going to have to buy new airline tickets, The security company was amazing, contacting the manager who was able to let us in and saved the day! That is going above and beyond. Thank you.

Disgusting toilet facilities. Cannot use bins to dispose off rubbish unless you pay. Limited access hours.

Awesome storage, good facilities such as docks, trolleys, wide transit space and also the local store.

Got locked out of my level after 9PM when I went to wash my hands before leaving on the level below where the only toilet is. Called the after hours mobile 15 times but no response. Forced to leave my van open, fully lawn in the middle of the car park overnight.

Negative experience. Strongly not recommended. Very impolite management communication. Potentially not safe for health to be there. Puddles of water on the floor and in corridors. They even didn't put warning signs 'wet floor'. Poor facilities.

I pay $4500 per month to store here and these guys want to charge me $20 per hour to use an empty meeting room to do some office work.

Worst place to have storage. People park anywhere, stuff left in road ways. Toilets are dirty. Staff are lackadaisical.

The worst most expensive storage in Australia there behaviour during covid was criminal and they have a major lack of integrity never ever use national storage. Beyond unhappy. Service and approach during catastrophic events and hardship is revolting. Zero respect for your belongings.

Our business needed a storage solution short term while we found a new office premise. Easy to book and pay, friendly and helpful staff, very clean facility. Instructions on how to access the secure storage area were detailed and easy to follow. This will be my first port of call if I need a storage solution in the future.

These guys are a rip off and lift was broken when you go. They get you in then hike the prices increase of more than 30%. Go somewhere else and save they only want you shortterm then new tenant for more money

These guys had a great deal on gumtree. 3 months later they increased the price by 25% once I had moved in. This was not stipulated on the agreement; they figure they can jack the price once they have you in there.

They are one of the most professional storage people around. Trust me, Ive used two others in the area. Since they were bought over, some branch have been neglected and made into complete automated (Pin and soulless) I moved from the George St to St Leonards cos of price. It's a good variety of sizes but I urge you to push them on prices. Check for specials. Good and very professional team. Nothing is too big a deal.

Very polite and helpful front desk staff. Clean n good ventilation. One of my best decisions to move my storage to National storage at Artarmon. My previous storage got great customer service bit the place is not clean n leak water end up demaging my goods.

Parking at this place is ridiculously bad. You pay for storage and then you cannot get a park to drop or collect your stuff. They have tenants like Fuji Xerox and MGB Backline who take up all the spots on the ground floor, plus the management rents out the spaces in the car park to shipping containers. WTF. Don't rent a storage unit here, there's no parking.

Polite staffs, very helpful. The reception staffs are the best. They will offer and go above and beyond to help. A very secured place as well.

I've been using National Storage and Wine-Ark for 10 years.
It's the most convenient 24 hour storage centre I have found in Sydney. Am always happy to recommend them to anyone.

Customer service here is top notch. I needed access after hours and the manager left the gym to let me in. Great people

National Storage is the easiest place to get in and out of when moving. They are some of the nicest and most helpful people I've dealt with.
Also they make an awesome coffee!
