National Garage Remotes & Openers

I ordered about $850 worth of door motor equipment. It was delivered to my residence without any advance notice (tracking) and I was away at the time, but it was left on the front door step and within a couple of hours a passerby saw the boxes and made off with them. (theft was registered with police and cctv video provided, 3 days after the event once I investigated how come no delivery and discovered it had been). Contacted NGRO, who referred me to the courier. The courier referred me back to NGRO because had no requirement of signature and they delivered as instructed. NGRO refused to negotiate after several contacts made. I am out of pocket and with no equipment. Admittedly I have never had anything stolen from my frontyard before, in many years of online buying, but regardless, I would never use this vendor again.

Bought 2 garage door remotes that were meant to be B&D compatible. They weren't. Didnt work with the instructions sent or those that I was able to find with B&D.
Wasted my money. Be very careful what you buy.

Purchased a full car key remote replacement for a 2002 camry paid registered post arrived from nsw to my house in 2 days can't fault the guys here fantastic speed of getting out orders and best of all the remotes/key remotes they sell work easy installation keep it up guys

I Bought Garage remote online and it didn't work. I had to return it back. They said they never received it. They send remote same way and I received it in 2 weeks. How it is not working other way around. Never going to buy things directly. It's hard to trust or deal with when no eBay or Amazon is involved.

Purchased 2 remote from them and they got delivered via Amerax.
Unfortunately, the package wasn't delivered securely as someone stole the delivery and left the empty envelope. Not sure if the envelope were pushed proper into the mailbox or left sticking out as there were no proper photo. I still believe if someone can nick out the envelope from your mailbox it's not delivered securely.
Talked to Brian and there wasn't much empathy or understanding. Even tried to ask for a little discount so I could buy another two. But he didn't really care.
Not going back to them and luckily, I found the remotes cheaper with one of their competitors, saving $10. So not a returning customer.

Ordered one remote through their website. Was charged for two. Was only sent one. Tried to make contact for weeks but still haven’t heard back. Very poor and disappointing customer service.

Fabulous customer service. Most helpful sales people I have dealt with. Reasonably priced as well. Such a change to have helpful customer service. Highly recommended.

Purchased 4 remotes which picture, make/model, mhz all matched that of my genuine FAAC remotes. Paid for and was supplied with remotes that were nothing like was pictured or described and does not work with my driveway opener system. Received mod no ember 2022. Emailed as soon as they arrived about issue on 17/11/2022. No response at all! Have emailed again today. Do. Or buy from them! Scammers!

I bought four garage door opener's in february 3th of 2021 and actually, I've not received any product yet. I've sent lots on e-mails to reclaim my money (1335 $) but you never response me. It's the worst deal I've ever done.

Fantastic service, courier misplaced a package and the sales team at National Garage sent out another that same day which arrived the following morning! Very pleased and will do business again!

Oredered a roller door motor 2 and half months ago and still havent received it.
Called 4 times to check where it was and they don’t seem to want to make things move.
Go it buy somewhere else if you want to get your product quick

Bought a Auto Openers garage opener less than two years ago. One of the remotes has malfunctioned. They want $69 for replacement, which is a complete ripp off when other similar remotes cost a third of that, and told me it comes with only 12 month warranty even though their ebay ad has a two year warranty on the replacement.

To buy online and get such good service, i was amazed.so quick.ph call from the courier.his at my gate, how goods that.well done national garage, the price was spot on.will buy again and definately recommend
