Just tried on my new dress post Christmas bad move! Have had it hanging from before Christmas looking lovely on the coat hanger slipped it on today and wow fitted like it was made for me well thanks to Natasha’s email checking my size was correct I’m so impressed thank you Natasha for taking the drudge out of shopping for me I love it!

After seamlessly returning a dress that didn’t suit me I was given a store credit for the full amount. I chose a beautiful skirt and top. The communication and customer service was flawless. I was asked to send measurements and as a result when the items arrived (very quickly) they fit perfectly.
I am so happy and impressed. I will definitely be buying more from Natasha Gan’s gorgeous range.

I just got the Estelle midi dress/ earthy black within a week. It's so beautiful. I just wanted to say thankyou for getting it done. I didnt give you much notice. Looking forward to wearing it this weekend.

Service is great but that's where it ends. The garment you order compared to what you receive are two completely different products. Very poor quality and completely different cut and style. Products shown on
website are completely misleading, would not recommend.

I brought a jumpsuit, which was a gorgeous blue colour, had detail rouging around the bust area and unfortunately it was coming apart during the night. You could see the stitch threading coming apart. Was such a shame because it’s a beautiful piece of clothing. Also- with the jumpsuit, was difficult zipping the zip down from the back, would of been easier if zip was on the side. They said 10-15 business days and my order was late so if you have an event on, order well before incase the same happens to you!

I purchased a jumpsuit from Natasha Gan and it fits perfectly - made to fit my pear shape. Great service and a great price. I’ve always had trouble finding jumpsuits to fit - Natasha Gan creates miracles!

Clothing is beautiful true to size and looks great. I had purchased the wrong size and was looking to alter it as I had washed the item. After contacting Natasha she sent another dress without hesitation because she wanted it to look great. Thank you Natasha, you are my go to now.

Just received delivery of my first Natasha Gan Dress - the Eliana Midi Dress in Black. I love it. The sizing chart on the website helped me get the correct size and it fits perfectly. I love the cut and the way the dress is not full of fabric around the hips, so does not make me look bigger than I am. So thrilled with the service from the beginning where I emailed to ask about sizing and Natasha emailed me back letting me know they can fit to my size and length if my measurements were different than their sizing chart - turned out I did not need that, but great to know. Loved the updates along the way and delivery information. Overall a seamless and easy experience. Now just waiting for some warmer weather to show the dress off to friends.

Love this brand so much. Always fits perfectly and is timeless. Only con is that it really does take a long time to be posted. It does say 10 to 14 days, but you can probably extend that to 14 to 21 days, so don't order anything for an event that's super close. Worth the wait as the clothing is beautiful.

The dress I ordered was such beautiful quality. When I ordered it, I was notified that it was out of stock but they offered to make the dress for me in a fabric of my choice. I appreciate the good customer service and would definitely buy from here again.

I bought a skirt and top about 17 years ago and wore them on many occasions. I still have this timeless ensemble. Will always keep it. Alas, a little tight now! This year I bought the Alanna short sleeve and love it too! Hoping for another occasion so I can wear it again. Thanks Natasha!

The three items I bought all look good. Very happy with the styles and length (I'm tall). The Noa Belted Jumpsuit and Dress. The Charlie Jumpsuit. The fabric is "like" a crepe, the fall is great. Fabric is delicate and creases easily and even while hanging. Allow some time and patience to IRON these pieces. Took a while to arrive so I missed the occasion I was going to wear the dress to.
