Nash timbers has been our 'go to' timber flooring specialist for years in regards to our projects. No matter our project type being residentual, hospitality or commercial, Jane, Cam and the wider team has always been really helpful and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

Do not contact them if you have a small job. They made me go to all the effort of taking photos of my flooring, getting dimensions and emailing it. Only to be sent to Carpet Court.

Andrew at Nash Timber in Paddington did a superb job of replacing boards, sanding and polishing. He was patient when the job got held up by other suppliers and was quick to get the job done once the job was back on track. The team at the office were very helpful and supportive throughout the whole job.

We have engaged the expertise of Nash Timber’s over the past 15 years and have always found them to be professional but above all, friendly, helpful and have gone out of their way to accommodate our flooring needs. We are now about to do the last stage of renovation and our first port of call is Nash Timbers for our new flooring. I am having a lot of trouble resolving problems with this company arising from the wrong timber initially being installed. It is a management problem. I understand things can go wrong - but it is how you resolve them as a supplier that sets you apart.

Disorganised and disappointing.

Firstly, let me say that the customer service staff member in the shop was lovely and a real delight to talk to. That is about where the good times ended. There were delays and issues all along the process - from having someone come out to measure my apartment (they arranged an initial time and then did not even show up), to getting a full quote (I had to chase this up with them multiple times), to ultimately arranging a time for installation. In the end, they informed me the day before I was due to have my floor removed by a seperate party (I was installing a kitchen at the same time), that they could not install my floorboards in the pre-determined dates! This is two weeks after they had agreed to do so and had even sent me a quote requesting a deposit be paid. Really disappointing and sad because they do have some nice looking floorboards. Best to avoid unless you are prepared to deal with delays and an uncoordinated service.

Nash timbers was a delight to work with from start to finish. Everything from sales, delivery and installation was smooth and done to a high standard Would definitely work with them again!

I had the most amazing service provided by Cam and Andrew, despite not being able to purchase anything they spent time helping me find a solution to my problem. If I ever had a need to buy timber I would go to them as they have proved to be so genuine and generous with their time and expertise.

Although the sales service from Cam is excellent the product delivery and communications with the management was poor. I would never buy from this company again and would never recommend Nash Timbers. Be wary.
