What an excellent service! I recently had to upgrade my top set tv box not knowing how to do it I contacted NAS Newcastle and was able to speak to Matthew he was so helpful leading me through the steps a very knowledgeable young man who had a great attitude to the customer.
Always have everything I need can park at the front door for easy access also have a Free Delivery service once a week

Rang and spoke to staff member at Wickham about having problems with setting up portable satellite dish (we had not used it for sometime). Was suggested we take it to them, which we did, they tested everything was working and there was no need to purchase any new equipment. Fantastic staff and took their time making sure everything was ok. Highly recommend this Company.

Excellent service. Called into there shop explained our problem at our local club after renovations during covid shutdown. They called the technician while I was in the shop I explained the situation he arrived at the club within 10 mins. Now the problem is solved.
