9I’m the regular customer at Narwee Pharmacy. The teams are really good in clear explanations, friendly, kindly respect, passionate with their work, and caring about patients. Even though sometimes I called them to ask a lot of questions, and they were patiently answering my questions through phone. I really appreciate the service they provided. Highly recommended
This is the best chemist ever, the service is outstanding, Nothing is a problem and I would like to thank the staff for their understanding always with my needs.
The team is always friendly and patient with a warm smile (even wearing a mask, I can feel it!). They are all very active in listening to any questions and giving helpful suggestions! Strongly recommend this place!:)
The lovely man pharmacist deserves 10 stars and is very helpful. BUT the blonde old lady with messy hair who has no time for her personal hygiene let alone for her job deserves 0 stars. I come to this pharmacy because of the helpful great advise i always get for my family and i. This lady did not want to serve me AND started nodding her head in disappointment and huffing and puffing because i walked passed her and said "excuse me" to get to the next isle. Absolutely zero customer service expertise and zero respect. If a rude customer had come in i would understand the dismissal and not wanting to move for me to walk past but i said excuse me and sorry. Disappointing. Such a shame because everyone else here is lovely.
Great service and the team are so friendly, informative and caring. Highly recommend this pharmacy as they are very helpful and will try and assist you in any which they can. Love the place!
These people are angels, they go above and beyond duty to help customers with advice about medications, and free home delivery to vulnerable people, always friendly and kind!
I have been with this pharmacy for many years. Every staff member has been friendly and professional. I am also very grateful that the pharmacy delivers when I can't get there myself. They are all lovely people.
I found the staff to be very friendly & helpful. The chemist himself was very patient with me, in regards to explaining medication. Nice to have this good service, of what Australia used to be. Definitely recommend this place. Also the new place looks great.
